Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Second Avenue Ketchum vacation home is situated in a prime location just blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Ketchum, and an easy shuttle ride from the top attractions and activities that makes Sun Valley a world-famous vacation destination.

This newly renovated Ketchum condo has been beautifully remodeled into a chill, modern mountain retreat with your comfort, convenience, and vacation experience in mind. Alpine inspired interiors and warm woods dominate throughout the home with an open concept floor plan designed to gather and relax!

On entry, a stunning custom wood staircase leads to the upper level living area where you'll likely spend most of your time after a day exploring Sun Valley. This space beckons you to unwind with plenty of comfy seating, a cable and Netflix equipped TV, and an outdoor balcony with a BBQ grill for summer cook-outs at home.

The gourmet kitchen beckons you to dine in! The all new kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless appliances, all the kitchen essentials, dishware and cookware, and a large center island with gorgeous light fittings and seating for all your guests to share meals at home. You're steps from the top-rated restaurants in downtown Ketchum so be sure to split your time wisely.

Located on the entry level are two spacious king bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and newly renovated bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and shower, the other with a shower. There is an additional half bathroom for guests complete with a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

This modern mountain Ketchum condo is only minutes from the bike path, the slopes of the world-famous Sun Valley Ski Resort and year-round outdoor activities in the Sawtooth Mountains. You're perfectly placed to enjoy and experience all that this top vacation destination has to offer.

We rented the property to attend the Trailing of the Sheep Festival. The property was lovely, very clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. From start to finish, it was a very easy stay with excellent communication. We did run into a couple of snafus with the property but they didn't really diminish our stay nor did we communicate these snafus to the owner.

My wife and I loved staying here. Walking distance from trails/bike path, the Big Wood river, and downtown Ketchum made this a cozy, relaxing home base as we explored during a beautiful Fall weekend.

Great place!

We were very impressed with the whole place! It was close to downtown, clean, & nicely furnished! Sometimes the pictures online are misleading but we were all impressed and happy with this condo.

Stayed for a weekend. Very clean, well appointed unit. 3 blocks from downtown. No Views. Great (massive) TV. Easy check in. Would recommend.

Great stay

Fantastic unit, brand new everything. Great showers and the furnace/thermostat works as one would expect for this price point. Walking distance to slopes and downtown. The 75 inch TV is also pretty nice. Bring your own speaker, as the Sonos wasn’t available to use.

Perfect for a Ski Weekend (Or Summer Getaway!)

This place is awesome. We spent a few days in Ketchum to ski and this spot is in seriously the perfect location - about a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts and about a 5 minute walk to downtown/restaurants/bars. There's also a grocery store within walking distance, so we didn't even need a car. Condo is great - it's actually much bigger than it looks in the photos - and had one of the best-stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a rental property. Everything was clean, worked great, and the hosts were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in time. I can see where this place would be great in the summer, too!

Excellent Ketchum Location

We enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley. This Ketchum location was walking distance to downtown and a couple minute drive to the chairlift. Pros - Large open concept living room/ kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating. Big TV with cable. - Large kitchen island with 5 stools, new high quality appliances, well equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare a meal. - Nice layout 2 bedrooms/ baths located on the main level, living room/kitchen on 2nd level. - Quiet location - Management goes the extra mile to be responsive. A couple minor problems were addressed immediately. Cons - No assigned parking. We parked on the street as directed and we were towed. Beware the roads are plowed 2-7am, no signs are posted. The property manager has kindly indicated they will refund us the charge if we cannot have the charge reversed. - The master bedroom bath does not have a door. The curtains must remain closed in order to have any privacy in the bathroom, the bedroom windows face an adjoining property. - Bedding consists of quilts, blanket ( no duvet covers), mattress and pillows need updating.

Ketchum fall vacation

This condo has a great location. The only thing I would change is the size of the available closets. Perhaps the owners could change their lock up’s for the small closets & give the guests more space. As it stands now, there would not be enough room for ski clothes.
