In the heart of the charming village of Monêtier les bains, a country house of 200m² in co-ownership, facing south, quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with garden - Close to all shops, 600m from the slopes accessible by free shuttle bus (stop 100m away) or on foot through the village. No need for a car for the rest of the stay for your shopping and all your activities.

Storage for skis on the 1st floor landing - possibility to leave your equipment in a locker at the foot of the slopes (20 euros per person per week) next to the ESF lessons or left in the ski rental shops at the foot of the slopes.
First floor: a separate kitchen (table for 8 people) + a large vaulted living room of more than 50m² with insert fireplace + laundry room with WC
1st floor: a winter entrance, 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) with shower room + 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) + 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 beds of 80x200cm) + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds of 80x200cm) + 1 separate toilet + 1 bathroom with bath and bidet. Storage and cupboard available.
2nd floor: a large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (90x200cm) + 1 shower room + separate toilet.
Accessories: TV and DVD, WIFI, Nespresso machine + filter coffee machine, Dishwasher, washing machine, wood provided
Linen not provided (linen can be rented nearby)
