In the Aubenton commune, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this fully renovated single-story house for rent, providing a total immersion in the world of the 1960s. With a floor area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a sitting area opening onto a games room (1967 jukebox, 1969 pinball machine and table football). A sofa that converts into an extra bed if required, TV with Netflix subscription.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: twin beds
- Bedroom 2: twin beds
- Bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² private, enclosed, not overlooked garden with a garden shed, various outdoor games, 5 deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, small table and two small chairs for children.
- A 35 m² mineral terrace with garden furniture (large round table, 6 chairs, large parasol).

The house is ideally located in Aubenton, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, restaurants and bars are close by.

What to do :
In Aubenton, be sure to visit Notre-Dame church, a listed historic monument dating from the 11th and 13th centuries, just 100 meters away. The museum dedicated to aviator Jean Mermoz is 120 meters away. You can also explore the ancient underground passages that wind beneath the city's streets. Enjoy the many walks through the village's picturesque streets and lush green surroundings.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Two vehicles can be parked.
