We're a quiet middle-aged couple sharing our gorgeous property with those who also appreciate a peaceful environment. No smoking, parties, gatherings, extra guests, children or pets.
The space
Villa Fallbrook is newly finished construction, completed in early 2021. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and watch the sun rise over the mountains while lounging in a comfortable chair on the patio. Our house sits on the 15th hole of the Pala Mesa Golf Course. A full kitchen allows you the flexibility of staying in or going out for meals. Everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal is here. All you need to bring is your favorite ingredients.

The King sized bed is amazingly comfortable and white terry cloth robes are provided for your lounging convenience.
The pool deck has padded lounge chairs, umbrellas and a baja deck so you can lounge in the water and stay cool. You will have the private pool all to yourselves.
