Master wing over 1,000 square feet which includes a king bed plus a day bed w/ trundle and office area
2nd Bedroom with a queen bed
3rd Bedroom with two full size beds

Lower level (many daylight windows & 9ft ceilings) include-
4th Bedroom with a queen bed plus twin bed
5th Bedroom with a king bed
6th Bedroom with queen bed
7th Bedroom with two full size bunk beds and 2 trundles
8th Bedroom with a queen bed

Pool House:
9th Bedroom/Sleeping Area-Pool House studio space with Convertible Sleeper Sofa and kitchen and living space!

Home has parking on the property for 8-10 cars.

Summer weeks are 7 night stays (please inquire for early June /late Aug as we may have flexibility for shorter stays).
Pool is open mid May through mid October - inquire before booking for exact dates.

No loud outdoor noise allowed. South Haven has strict rules with no noise outside after 10pm.

Pet fee of $375 (not refunded and max of 2)-dogs only and must get owner approval prior to your stay

Pool is maintenanced twice week (typically Wednesday & Saturday but that can change depending on weather/holidays). They do not enter home.
Landscapers will also come once a week (typically Friday however that can change due to weather) and they do not enter home.
