The Cooonr agency is offering this charming wooden chalet for rent in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet. It has a floor area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a 22 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 2,000 m². With internet access, we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV, sofa and armchairs
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed comprising a single bed (90×190) on top and a double bed (140×190) on the bottom
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin unit, heated towel rail and toilet

Outdoors:
- A private terrace of approximately 30 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

A communal area shared with the ‘Les Vents de Gironde’ accommodation, comprising:
- A shared above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 5.80 m and 1.20 m deep. The ladder must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates are subject to change).
- A shared 2,000 m² garden, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. A pétanque court and various fruit trees.

The chalet is ideally situated in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d’Uzet, in a very quiet neighbourhood at the foot of the hiking trails. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby in Mortagne-sur-Gironde. Furthermore, a hypermarket is just 12 km away.

- Leisure centre in Meschers (go-karting, bowling, cinema, climbing, etc.)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (2 vehicles).

Nearest railway station: Royan station, approximately 25 km away, 30 minutes by car.

Other notes:
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. The swimming pool’s opening dates are not binding and are subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- A set of boules is available
