1010 Sunset is a recently renovated single family home located in the Irving Park neighborhood of Greensboro. The house boasts very comfortable single-level living, with nicely appointed rooms, loads of light, plentiful outdoor space, modern amenities, and overlooks Greensboro Country Club's Irving Park Course. Guests can walk to shops and restaurants and the home is just a short drive from the Lawndale Shopping Center, Friendly Shopping Center and less than 4 miles from the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The house is perfectly suited for responsible families and or visitors to the Greensboro area who would like to enjoy the city and its surrounds in a private, clean and comfortable setting.

HPU GRADUATION 2ND STAY HERE

We had a truly wonderful stay in Greensboro for our daughter’s college graduation! This was the second time that we stayed here. The experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. We had several family members staying with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and celebrate this special milestone together.What really stood out was how smooth and pleasant everything was—thanks in large part to the amazing property manager. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. It made our trip stress-free and even more memorable.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during such an important occasion. Highly recommend!

High Point trip

Beautify area and walking the golf course across the way was a treat. Cute backyard to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a 15,000 step kinda day at market.

Incredible home, good communication with the neighbors. Very big family room great for relaxing after a long day. Place is even better than advertised. Safe quiet neighborhood with golf course views. Would love to stay here again soon!

Was the perfect spot for our family to stay during our daughter's soccer tournament. Plenty of room and easily accessible to restaurants and shopping.

Outstanding Home

We had a small, two families consisting of three adults and two high school teenagers attending the YMCA national swim meet. Everything about this property and the owner is outstanding and 5+ stars. The house is incredible with a beautiful property, and the azaleas blooming was an added bonus. The location & convenience to everything we wanted to do, including a short drive to the aquatic center, a short drive downtown for incredible dinners, and exploring wonderful restaurants in different parts of Greensboro was actually perfect and an easy and quick drive. We are so thankful that we were allowed to stay at this property and I would highly recommend anybody visiting the Greensboro area, wanting an exclusive VIP type property look no further.

This is a very nice house in a Very nice area of town. It is close to shopping and restaurants and it was very convenient to our sons home and to his new plastic surgery. Practice office!

In terms of location, this house was perfectly situated. It offered easy access to the graduation venue as well as other nearby attractions. Whether we wanted to explore the city's vibrant downtown or enjoy a scenic stroll, everything was just a short drive away. We are already planning our next visit to Greensboro, and without a doubt, we will be staying in this fantastic house again. Nice classic home

Just terrific very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood. Quite convenient to downtown and locals needs. We were very comfortable and truly enjoyed just hanging out. There was an issue and the owner was very much on top of it and worked diligently to find a solution. Definitely will return if our travels bring us back this way.

Allen Wedding Weekend

We were the grandparents of the bride! 6 of our family stayed for4 nights. The house could not have been more perfect. Time for gathering, bridesmaids and grandmother’s champagne toast, time for relaxing, family meals and just plain having fun. The house is simply beautiful. Everything we needed…..no details overlooked. Made our special time like a true celebration and vacation. Our hosts thought of every little thing. Only problem was we didn’t want to leave! The Icing on the (Wedding) Cake!

I can’t say enough about this house! The house looks like it belongs in a catalog, it’s decorated so beautifully. We rented it for our daughter’s wedding and we could not have been more thrilled with how well equipped it was as well as the location to everything. It was the perfect set up for our family. Especially the massive main bedroom that easily accommodated our daughter and her husband, with plenty of room for their newborn in a porta crib. The owners were quick to respond from the very first contact we had with them. We hated to leave at the end of the weekend!

Incredible home provided by amazing Home Owners.

One of the best vacation homes out there. Felt like home away from home while I was spoiling my family staying at this incredible house. The house is very clean with lots of room located in one of the best neighborhoods in Greensboro within 3 minutes to lots of shops and restaurants. Owners were amazing, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay.
