Moonlit Retreat is a 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom pool home located near the Santa Rosa Mountain range and Western Sonoran Desert, across from Anza-Borrego State Park. The home is newly renovated and furnished with beautiful views. Centrally located, just over a mile from downtown, with restaurants and shops and a short walk to Coyote Bar and Steakhouse, Moonlit Retreat is a perfect home base for exploring this International Dark Sky community whether you're hiking, biking, art seeking or stargazing.



The Space:

* The Kitchen- Fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and ample cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, water glasses, pots and pans, wine glasses. It has enough crockery to accommodate two sittings for the maximum number of guests the home hosts.



* The Living Room- Sink into the plush couches and chairs and catch up on your favorite shows on the large-screen smart TV, complete with cable and streaming apps. With plenty of room to stretch out and relax, the living room is the ideal place to unwind after a long day of adventure.



* The Dining Areas- Indulge in delicious meals with friends and family in either of our two dining areas. The indoor area features a large dining table that seats 10 at the table and 3 at the kitchen counter, while the outdoor area offers an additional dining table for 10-12 guests, for al fresco dining.



* The Grounds- 1.35 acres with stunning views. Pool (heated with extra fee) and Spa (heat complimentary). Pool lounge chairs and other seating. Propane BBQ. Tons of parking.

Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire home and property, except for the storage container in the back where supplies are stored. Additionally, ATVs are welcome for parking onsite but should be transported by non-ATVs when accessing local roads. Guests are encouraged to research Borrego Springs road accessibility and restrictions before planning their ride.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood with stunning views, and landscape. The is an International Dark Sky community, the sky at night is absolutely magical!



Getting Around:

Centrally located, just over a mile to downtown with many restaurants and shops. Quick walk down the block to the Coyote Bar and Steakhouse.
