Villa Crinou

This pleasant and completely renovated villa for 6 people is located in a quiet and wooded area. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The heated swimming pool with its terrace, the view as well as the covered terrace mean that you can enjoy the life of the south of France until late hours. The villa is also a great starting point for the many sites to visit that this region has to offer.

General:
This villa has a tastefully decorated living room, beautiful decorated bedrooms and an admirable large terrace around the pool. A large supermarket and other shops are 7 minutes away by car. In this same village there is a large regional weekly market every Tuesday. This way you can take walks in the nearby nature from the villa. The beach is relatively close and there is a small lake 10 minutes away by car. The area has many sights to visit.

Interior:
The living room (30 m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen (9 m²) are nicely furnished and have air conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the left side of the house, one with a double bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200). The third bedroom is on the right side of the house. This one is a little more spacious and with a view of the terrace. Here too you will find a double bed (160×200). The bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet is modern and functional in design. There is a second toilet next to the front door.

Outside:
Following the living room is the covered terrace with dining table and the view of the countryside. You will also find the heated swimming pool (4 x 8). You have enough room around the pool for sun loungers where you can contemplate the view. The house is surrounded by the garden and the whole thing gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. There is of course a barbecue at your disposal. Parking is at the front of the house on the site.
