Enjoy Paradise 2.8 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, restaurants and shops. 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Spacious fully renovated home with a lovely PRIVATE HEATED POOL with private fence. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with plenty of room to enjoy. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood of Largo, FL and we are close to everything including, St Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, Tampa, Downtown St. Pete, Airports and parks for a perfect vacation. Our house is clean and nicely decorated.

Private house with a large private fenced POOL area. Everything is brand new, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,living room, dining room, one w/open shower, one w/bathtub, open modern kitchen with an island, bar top area, large kitchen pool view, laundry, office space, WiFi parking & outdoor seating with BBQ grill, fully fenced private backyard giving you a lot of privacy. TV’s in every bedroom for your relaxing time. Enjoy the beautiful weather in sunny Florida in our spacious pool side or by the ocean minutes away.
Feel free to use the beach supplies you will find in the garage and pool toys in the back patio.Everything you need for you to enjoy, relax and stay for a while.

We’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Spring break family vacay

Close to beach but drivable to Tampa attractions. Comfortable and well stocked for visitors. Pool was well used!!! Grocery nearby was also a bonus.

Perfect for families!

This house was perfect for our family and our friend’s family! They had everything we could need for their baby as well as our 4 and 6 year old. Had there not just been a hurricane, we’d have only been a short drive to the beach! However we opted for beaches further away that were open. Very close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Would love to stay here again! Vito was a great host and happily answered all our questions!

Very good location

We had a great stay at this Largo house. Pool was great, house was clean and updated and short drive to the beach. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this house. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach with amenities such as grocery stores very close by. And the attractions of Clearwater and Tampa are a very reasonable drive as well. Already booked again for next year.

Hospitality - All boxes checked!

This lovely house in Largo and it's owners check all the boxes for a family getaway. Just like the listing states, quite neighborhood and all amenities included. We took our 4 teenage grandkids for a quick getaway and they were in heaven. The pool was perfect, so many pool "toys" available, tv's in every room with access their favorite streaming platforms, even a PacMan machine on the wall. Even the dining room table was set when we walked in the door. Vito and Goran think of everything. Definitely a house we will rent again. Thank you for letting us make great memories in your house!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for 6 days and it was perfect for our family. The pool was a big selling point for us and the kids swam for hours each day. When we had an issue, we contacted the host and he personally came and looked after the problem! We went to Clearwater for the day and took advantage of the beach chairs and sand toys that were available in the garage! It was a great stay!

The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was warm and well maintained. The home was in close proximity to restaurants and the beach. This was our first time staying in a house vs. a condo and it did not disappoint!

Great vacation home!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and we had a blast swimming together, it’s close to beaches and great restaurants. The communication between the host was quick and easy and any questions were answered right away. They were a great resource for recommendations on things to do also. Would definitely stay again!

Great house

My family of 8 loved our stay ! This house was perfect it had everything you could think of needing. Nicely remodeled and decorated. The pool was great ! Use of beach chairs and extras was a huge plus .super Short drive to the beach 🏖 great location ! We also had a short drive to fort de Soto went kayaking out to shell key island saw lots of dolphins and found a ton of great shells. We had a great week with lots of memories and laughs ! I highly recommend this house ! It was very accommodating! It had everything you could possibly need .

Pool friendly and clean

The pool area was very nice! The kitchen had all the utensils needed. The whole house was very clean. Thank you for having beach chairs and umbrella. Very handy for all to use. The host replied in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this house.

Loved the updated home, great pool, the many extras provided, very child friendly, host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, great location in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the gulf and to highways/roads to get to Clearwater and St. Pete easily. Would stay again!
