This stylish place is perfect for group trips, football weekends, students' parents and family members gatherings. Note: There are wide stairs with multiple steps to use to gain access to the front door (and to the deck from the back yard) as well as steep stairs to reach the family room on the bottom level. 9 Miles to FAMU & 7 Miles to FSU; Convenient/Safe Neighborhood. Loved the property, it was very clean except for a few spider webs. Lots of sleeping space. Great kitchen area and deck for hanging out. The host was very communictive and easy to reach and loved that it was easy for us to extend an additional day. The only minus for us was the parking was to a minimal and the driveway had a steep dip so we had to park on a incline. Would definitely book this property again!

Amazing place

I couldn't believe it when I walked in and saw how fantastic this property was. I have stayed in horrible places for much more money. I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves luxury at a bargain.

Great Host

I had a personal issue that came up that had nothing to do with the property. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to do all he could to help. He was easy to reach and very communicative. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Relaxing on Easy Street

We were pleased once again with this property. It was clean, spacious, and relaxing. The host provided information on what was around in the town.

Quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable and the backyard is perfect for those traveling with their dog (especially since there are no sidewalks to walk your pet) I appreciated the easy communication and added breakfast items included as coming in late in the evening I didn’t have to think about having to grab something in the morning. This is a very spacious comfortable townhome. My only area to address is the parking in driveway it was a challenge to take things out of the passenger side as it is very close to bushes. I had to get my dog out from the driver side which he is not used to especially if he was in his crate I’d have had to complete turn the crate around to give him access to exit. Maybe trimming back the bushes as if you have someone on that side you’d have to unload prior to coming down driveway and if it’s raining that equals getting wet. Other than that not much to critique and I hope to be back in Fall when I visit Tallahassee again

Tidy and spacious house

We had a very nice stay. We came to see the North Cluster dog show. This was a nice place for us and our dog. The house was well stocked and very clean. Also very close to Publix.

Family time well spent

We stayed here for 2 nights while my daughter was home from Japan on leave. The downstairs sectional and tv area was a perfect place to relax and catch up! They went the extra mile with tons of fresh breakfast food waiting for us, really thoughtful!

Great host and clean villa

The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Basic snacks and provisions in villa upon arrival. Place was spotless. Neighborhood is a bit transitional, but didn’t cause concern.

Nice place

I loved how quiet the home was and appreciated the abundance of towels. Beds were comfortable, too. There is a very nice spacious basement that provides plenty of extra space. Communication with the host was excellent and it was nice that he included breakfast food for us. Only negative was that some things were dusty and there were some dirty kitchen utensils. But overall it was a clean space.
