Attention fishermen and fisherwomen! Come relax by the bay in a beautiful updated 2/2 condo located in the much desired location of Key Allegro - Rockport, TX.

Spend time fishing, on the beach or shopping in downtown Rockport.
Condo comes with access to the community pool, tennis court and a designated boat slip with a fish cleaning station. 2 Boat ramps minutes away!

Minutes from many restaurants and groceries! Golf carts allowed!

We welcome furry children!!

The space
Recently renovated after hurricane Harvey with quartz countertops. Soft close cabinets/drawers and Stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need plus some! USB outlets throughout home for personal devices. Propane Grill available for all those grill masters. (2) Orange and Pink Origami Paddler Kayak/Standup paddle boards available during your stay (extra fee and deposits required).

With 2 large bedrooms available the condo can Sleep up to 8 comfortably. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom attached.

Parking - There is a designated parking spot for unit 710. Unmarked spots are for Guest parking. Trailer parking can be used along the street if needed.

On Land - The proximity of this condo to restaurants, grocery stores, beach, shopping makes the longest drive about 5 minutes long! So close that golf carts can be used to get just about anywhere needed.

On Water - The condo is on a canal in a bay located in the heart of the Aransas Bay. Close to Copano bay, minutes away from the Intercostal Waterway, and a short ride to Port Aransas Jetty's.
Other things to note
USB capable outlets installed in dining room, at bar, and in kitchen. Lamps in Master Bedroom are USB capable.

Nest Hub's are located in Master and Secondary bedroom and Living Room. Hubs are used for music, broadcasting to individual rooms, recipes, alarms and etc. Hubs are not used for monitoring and can be unplugged if there is privacy concerns

Please note that unit is on the 2nd floor. There is (2) sets of 7 steps with a landing in between.

Very comfortable, spacious and had everything you need to cook a meal. Only thing we needed and didnt find was an iron/steamer, other than that it was great and will be happy to come back

Location is great! Very comfortable accommodations. Kitchen had a lot of useful utensils. Good sized bedrooms and beds. Bathrooms not as clean as I would like, but overall very decent. Very easy and clear instructions/guide for settling in and getting out.

A Wonderful Stay

Our stay was just what we needed. We loved the accommodations. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very reachable and gave us all the info we needed for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to booking this property for our next trip to Rockport.

We are the Martin's! We live in the Central Texas area, in a city called Liberty Hill where Friday night lights is a major deal! We have a larger than normal family consisting of 3 boys and 1 girl. We have a very busy lifestyle but we always make time for family getaways. We enjoy all outdoor activities from lake life to salt life and especially the mountains!

Key allegro is a very much sought for area for either owners looking for a retirement home or renters trying to stay in a peaceful location with similar minded people! The condo is perfect for us as it's the perfect place for us to gather as a family when we want to go on a fishing trip, close to shopping for all of the shoppers in the family and perfect size to take our customers out for a great weekend of fishing and life on the bay!
