Prista is excited to share another new addition for the 2021 rental season. Well kept 3BR/ 3Bath ocean view condo in the Royale Palms, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel at the Kingston Plantation Resort. This lovely and comfortable suite is currently in the process of being renovated - photos are current - stay tuned for updates! More like a 'home away from home' with new living room furniture, lighting, large Smart TVs and the ocean view backdrop to create beautiful vacation memories. No need to leave the family behind while attending that business conference - conveniently located in the Kingston Plantation, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel and just a short walk down the beach to the Embassy Suites.

Prepare a quick snack or home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating in the dining room or at the kitchen bar. Wind down after a busy day out on the balcony while the sun goes down over the plantation - creating the most beautiful sunset.

Stay connected with high speed dedicated internet/Wi-Fi and enjoy movie night or binge watch your favorite show on the smart TVs. The main master bedroom and living room both have access to the balcony, which has a southern ocean view as well as bird's eye view toward the west - over the Kingston Plantation.

With 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, the lovely ocean view retreat will accommodate up to 6 guests with a king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. The third bedroom is actually a king suite attached to the main living area with a mini fridge, microwave, full bathroom, private balcony and also has its own private entrance from the main hallway.

Access several on-site dining options by walking through the Royal Palms lobby and into the Hilton Hotel. The Shores Marketplace is perfect for coffee and a pastry or grab a quick snack, gift for someone back home. The Hilton also offers several indoor / outdoor dining and cocktail options.

Step outside and relax with your feet in the sand or enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach. Perfect for family beach trips, ladies getaway, men's golf outing or just about anything. You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to enjoy Carlos and Terry's at the Royale Palms.

Private Rental Exclusions
Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) at the Royale Palms Tower during their stay. However, the Hilton hotel pools, Embassy Suites complex splash park, other resort pools and fitness center are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

Daily housekeeping services are not included, however arrangements may be made at an additional cost. Please call 843-936-1960 for pricing and availability.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Motorcycle and trailer parking is limited and available on a first come-first served basis.
