Come relax at this *NEW* resort style Oasis conveniently located within 2 miles of Old Town Scottsdale. Whether you’re interested in lounging poolside, al fresco dining or having a glass of wine by the outdoor fire pit this house is for you.
Welcome to The Monty! Fully renovated in 2019 and newly furnished in 2021 this property has it all:
When you enter you will see the open concept floor plan, perfect for socializing and lounging. Outfitted with plenty of seating for the whole group and a 65" flatscreen smart TV. It is also stocked with several board games and cards to keep you entertained.
Catchup with your friends/family at either one of the two dining areas - inside or outside. Don't feel like cooking? No problem. This house is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife Scottsdale has to offer.
Outside you can relax by the pool or take on your friends in a game of cornhole or giant Jenga. In the evening feel free to unwind as you sit by the fire and watch the sunset.
At bedtime relax in one of the four spacious bedrooms our property has to offer:
*Large master bedroom with King bed / private bathroom / soaking tub and spacious walk in closet / 55" Smart TV
*Small master bedroom with Queen Bed / private bathroom / 55" Smart TV
*Queen bedroom
*(2) singles
**Please note that the pool can be heated for an extra $75/night**
**This house is not suitable for events or parties - we have a very strict noise policy that will be enforced** House is equipped with outdoor noise aware technology. If the backyard reaches a certain noise decimal level software will alert owner.
**There is an age ordinance, guests must be 25 years or older to rent.**
**House is equipped with two security cameras. One doorbell camera that monitors who enters the front door and one backyard camera that covers the back of the house entry areas. Backyard camera is Not in use during guests stay unless we receive a noise complaint or notification from the NoiseAware system**
**Please note that per the city of Scottsdale - all dwelling units, vacation rentals and short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children**
