Come and discover the charming and peaceful Marine de Sant'Ambrogio in the municipality of Lumio in BALAGNE.<br><br>Our house is located on the beach, facing the sea, with your feet in the water. It will offer you a full 180° sea view but also a view of the mountain, the two faces of Corsica.<br><br>This white house with a vaulted roof will welcome you with a peaceful enclosed garden.<br><br>On the other façade, its large 95m² ipe terrace open to the sea will allow you to access the beach directly from its stone staircase. It is a living room in its own right as it benefits from a covered pergola hosting a summer kitchen.<br><br>A concierge service will welcome you on arrival on the premises and will show you around the house and will be at your disposal throughout your stay.<br><br>The three bedrooms (140 beds) each have their own private bathroom and dressing room furniture with shelves and hanging rails, the third bedroom is independent studio style. Bed linen and towels are offered, they include for two people per room: 1 fitted sheet and 1 flat sheet – 2 pillowcases / 2 dish towels – 2 shower towels and 2 towels.<br>Two separate toilets guarantee perfect privacy.<br><br>The cleaning fee is included in the rental price subject to proper maintenance throughout the stay, which will be checked by the concierge service upon leaving the premises. <br>A maintenance starter kit is offered including: dishwashing liquid – dishwasher tablets – 1 mini soap/bathroom – kitchen and bathroom garbage bags – toilet disinfectant block – 1 toilet/toilet roller.<br><br>Each room has air conditioning.<br><br>You will find all the essential equipment for a great stay: oven, microwave, ice maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine...<br><br>A library-office houses the TV and the computer corner, all connected to an internet box by WIFI.<br><br>The port and its shops are located nearby and it is very nice not to have to take your car to do some shopping.<br><br>A private parking lot allows you to safely accommodate your car.<br><br>It is an idyllic place where we remain convinced that you will have a wonderful holiday.<br><br>So don't hesitate to go through the gate of this exceptional place!<br><br>Good to know: rental possible from mid-April to the end of October - 4 nights minimum - the decoration and operation of this house have been designed so that it is very functional, comfortable and pleasant to live in, which is why a deposit of €2,000 per undebited check will be requested by the Concierge at the entrance of the premises and returned at the end of the stay - possibility of providing a travel cot and a baby chair - small four-legged companions accepted on request.
