Prime location for snowsledders!! Caribou, Maine - The Cottage

Welcome to Fellowship Farm's cozy 900-square-foot cottage! Purchased in November 2020, this cozy cottage home has undergone a complete renovation and was ready for guests beginning October 1, 2022!

We welcome anyone to the area who needs a minimum 2-night stay and we cater to traveling medical professionals as well as both ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts.

This property is in a prime location in Caribou, Maine, only 2.5 miles from Cary Medical Center, making it the perfect choice for medical travelers. We are also only 15 miles from the Northern Light AR Gould Hospital in Presque Isle.

For outdoor sports enthusiasts, we are 2 doors up from County Sports, where you will have direct access to local ATV trails and the ITS.

While we can sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, this small cottage space has no formal dining table, nor does it have a large living room or sitting area. The hinged table attached to the island will seat 3 people and we also provide TV trays to facilitate eating in the minimal sitting area, comprised of 2 comfortable recliners, an end table, and the entertainment center.

Visiting family

This was great stay, very clean with all the amenities. The location was perfect, very walkable to town, close to our family. The host were great checking in and making themselves available if we needed anything (we didn’t). We will definitely come again and definitely tell others.

Our stay was great. The house was spotless and cute. Checking in and checking out was very easy. The security and ease of use of the locks on the door were also easy. The location was quiet and close to all the things we needed.

Perfect quiet getaway

Went to visit my parents that live in Fort Fairfield and found this little gem to stay. Was in a prime location. Away from everything but close enough. Was in excellent condition when we arrived and the host were available if I had any questions.

First time in Maine

My wife and I were excited to get to the area to see the property that we purchased in Woodland. We chose Fellowship Farm because of its location but we were very surprised what we got for our money. The house was very spacious, clean and well-layed out. There were pleasant surprises at every turn. The owners put a lot of thought into making our stay memorable. The owner even came to the house on our request to talk about the community and gave us advice on our upcoming build. We would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great home that is close to all the amenities with great owners who go out of their way to provide an incredible experience.

Nice place, a little loud

The unit was good, had all the amenities, appliances...etc. The noise from the road traffic was significant as was the heating system(forced hot air).

Cute Comfortable Stay

My small family, including an active 9 month old, stayed in this cute, clean and comfortable rental for a weekend while we visited the area for a wedding. It was a hot weekend, and having A/C was definitely nice! The rental has all the necessities one would need for their stay. We were thankful for the washer and dryer and cleaning products. The location was perfect, close to playgrounds and food sources. The boat launch 15 minutes away was perfect for our little one! Ellen and James also left a binder with some close locations for guests to visit. The café had delicious breakfast! If we ever need to stay in the area, we will rebook! We highly recommend.

Great Choice

This cute little house has a great location close to downtown Caribou. It is super clean and stocked with almost everything you can imagine to stay an overnight or weeks I think. Nice large bathroom with big shower. Nice decor with pleasing colors. Don’t let the slightly musty smell worry you. It’s only because the laundry is just inside the entry door and goes no further. A solid air freshener might help. It might be time to replace the two old recliners with a couch and new recliner or chair and foot stool.
