First floor:

- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room, WC

Second floor
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: A master suite with a double bed (140×190) and a bathroom equipped with PRM features (shower seat, toilet grab bar, etc.).
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Shower room with WC
- Separate WC
