There is also a COUCH and 2 TWIN SIZE FOLDING BEDS.



All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team.

The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.



It's only minutes away from South Beach and from the most exclusive places in Miami.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. There's a fee of $300.



- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
