The Space:
Unit 205, 408 West Saint Clair Ave. Cleveland, OH, 44113

This second floor space is ideal for 2 but can sleep another 2 on the pull out couch. (4 Total, but no more!) Great views from the large windows and steps away to all kinds of restaurants, the best in Cleveland!

Enjoy Streaming TV on both 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room!
There are no laundry units in the unit, but there are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load.
Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit.
As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy
Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas!

PARKING:
There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 2 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed and no re-entry!

Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport!

✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.

✹ Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

Guest Access:
We will share very specific guest access with you post booking. You will get instructions on getting in to the main entrance. You will also receive instructions for an App or access code for the door to the unit on the 2nd floor.

For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

• Please Note - This is a pay per use laundry which uses a card system.
• Very convenient laundry on the same floor but card is available the same floor Laundry room.

Our unit is located on the second floor, and while there is an elevator in the building, we do not list it as an amenity. This is because we cannot guarantee its availability at all times, as its operation is outside of our control.

The Warehouse District is a nationally recognized historic district located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. On September 30, 1982, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Cleveland Warehouse District. We are on St Clair between W3rd and W6th above all the restaurants.

In the first half of the 19th century, this neighborhood was part of Cleveland's original residential area. Later in the century, it became the center of Cleveland's wholesale commercial area, and was occupied by warehousing and distribution terminals for more than 100 years.

Location

Right in the heart of the city. Walked to Guardians game on Saturday and walked to the Browns game on Sunday. Walking distance to restaurants,bars,and entertainment. Hopefully will stay again

Short stay in a nice place

Close to everything!!!

Place was very clean and communication with the owner was great!! It was a short walk or Uber ride to everything Cleveland has to offer! Would definitely stay again.

Downtown getaway

We loved the location. Parked our car and walked everywhere as there is a lot to do in downtown Cleveland. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

Attended concert at Brown's Stadium and the location was perfect..8 minute walk. Condo had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Clean accomodations with large screen t.v.s in main room and bedroom, open kitchen with large freezer/fridge, dishwasher. Convenient location to a variety of restaurants and neighborhood grocery store. Friendly and helpful host-answers all questions and offers an indepth on-line guest accomodation "guide" that includes check-in check-out instructions, wifi info, restaurant suggestions and more. Made our stay in Cleveland very enjoyable.

Quick Visit

Needed a spot for a quick visit for family at clinic. Was perfect and clean for what we needed. Enjoyed the abundance of places locally to eat. There are a ton of parking options on block but some get filled on busier nights so had to plan around lots.

I can’t say enough about this place! Perfect location right in the middle of downtown, so cute, so comfy and most of all CLEAN! Owners are SUPER accommodating and communicative! I never leave reviews but this deserves it!! Will be coming back!

C-Town Suite

We were in Cleveland to attend a wedding in “The Flats” and added a few days to explore the area. Check in was quite confusing - I received a text/email with the access code to gain entry into the condo. I did not receive an email or text with the code to the front door - I did call the number in the VRBO listing and after a few tries we were able to gain entry - though - you only have 30-45 seconds to get through the second door which would have been great information to know while struggling with suitcases etc. The condo was very clean and modern. The kitchen/livingroom area is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped but only supplied 2 tea towels and a sponge. The bedroom and bathroom is located in a “loft” type area - you have 3 stairs to climb. The condo overlooks a parking lot and the Cuyahoga County Jail. Upon check-in we each had 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. Our stay was 6 nights and 7 days - I called and asked for extra towels only to be told that their policy allows 1 set of towels per per person - I’d bring extra!! The listing reads a washer/dryer as an amenity - however - the washer and dryer is not in the condo but beside the elevator and you’ll need to purchase a card plus laundry soap and softener in order to use the appliances.

Well run and maintained rental

My son stayed for a full month and I periodically visited, The apartment is modern and well equipped. The furnishings are good and the property management is extraordinarily responsive. I mentioned in passing there was not a toaster and within a couple days a new one was delivered. This apartment rivals any downtown hotel for convenience and value. The location was perfect as my son was working at the aquarium. He could easily walk anywhere and take advantage of downtown. While downtown Cleveland overall still leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, the apartment is in the best area of downtown and is safe. Checkin was a breeze and the website has the renter manual with all the appropriate info. If I were forced to have a complaint it would be that they don’t recycle…everything goes in the trash but would love if the building offered some recycling options. I will consider this apartment for sure in the future and certainly in lieu of a hotel. I highly recommend and it is exactly as advertised.

The great getaway

I love the apartment it was clean. It looked just like the pictures. The building was quiet for good night sleep. I love how there was a lot to do in the area and a lot of places were conveniently close.

C-Town Suite

We needed a quick, short getaway and chose Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Little did we realize how much there was to do in Cleveland. This condo was with walking distance. There are restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, starbucks within walking distance. Used uber to get to Michelin restaurants, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Christmas Story House. We had a fun three night stay. The condo was pristine and we felt safe walking the neighborhood.
