Welcome to TY FOUR, a charming T2 apartment offering a lovely view of the ocean from its terrace. Located in a recent residence (2024), this cosy and carefully decorated apartment is ideal for a stay near the ocean.
The Space:
Upon arrival, let yourself be seduced by the bright living space that combines a living room, dining room, and open kitchen. This convivial living area is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The living room sofa is convertible, allowing accommodation for up to 4 travellers.
The apartment also includes a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) for restful nights, as well as a functional bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Enjoy the terrace for moments of relaxation with a splendid view of the ocean, ideal for having your breakfast or sipping a drink while admiring the sunset!
A convenience store and a bakery are located a few minutes' walk away, and a beautiful sandy beach is accessible less than 400 metres from the residence.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
