Welcome to our stunning Kingston colonial escape, where charm and modern sophistication meet. This thoughtfully renovated home consists of two private units connected by a shared entryway and staircase., Each unit features a comfortable living room with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Step into our modern living spaces, featuring contemporary décor and updated furnishings, where you can relax and unwind in comfort. The kitchens, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, make it a delight to prepare meals during your stay. Our bathrooms have your comfort in mind, with the downstairs bath offering a pampering jacuzzi tub.

When it's time to retreat to the world of dreams, you'll find our 4 spacious bedrooms boasting high-quality memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and full closets. Each unit also has one sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests and multiple luxury queen blow-up mattresses.

Our whole-home rental is perfect for large groups and families, and their pet companions who will have full access to our newly updated backyard oasis featuring a hot tub, yard games, hammock, fire pit, and dining area.

Seasonally, you can pick and enjoy fresh fruit from our pear and peach trees. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to roast s’mores, relax in the hot tub, or challenge each other to a game of cornhole while the yard is illuminated by outdoor string lights.

Our home was recently fully renovated from floor to ceiling with well-appointed finishes throughout the space. The kitchens feature new cabinets with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances. The bathrooms have also been fully updated.

There are two dedicated driveways, each with a parking space, and additional free street parking as needed.

Please note that the upstairs and downstairs two units are linked with a connecting staircase when the full house is rented.
