Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel

This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has two rattan chairs for relaxing Bose cd radio and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos to see all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with your stay here.... Our guests have full use private use of the lake dock, fire pit and seasonal beach area. The home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. The dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We have have fishing poles available in the garage free to use. The boat docking always has deep water and the dock has electrical outlets for charging fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a bluetooth speaker that will play your favorite music from your phone. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. The street is a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide floats, cooler, lifejackets, two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. I am happy to help with a ride to and from your vehicle. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp/beach. Please note in our house rules…. We do have a guest limit of two registered guests as this is for peaceful getaways. You can have drop offs and pick ups from friends or food delivery. But the suite and the lakefront are limited in use to just the two registered guests. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. Although the suite is pet free for those with allergies. There is no surcharges for anything or any hidden fees. There is a very reasonable $20 cleaning fee included in your booking. There is also a great parking area for guests that overlooks the lake and plenty of room for boat trailers.

Perfect spot for 2 people! My son and I needed a place to stay and this was available, i would 100% recommend staying there! Its a room above their garage but we still had plenty of room! My son said "you need to give them 5 stars on yelp, i never want to leave!" They had an accesable dock and we had a wonderful time overlooking the lake! Would definitely book again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean and just all around beautiful. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive to messages.

The space was spotless and the warm touches made me feel at home instantly. The Host is considerate with the right amount of hands off attitude while at the same time ensuring you know she's available if you need anything, which I sincerely believe you won't .I'm a stickler about clean sheets, towels, and furniture. All was as clean as it could be. It's a perfect place to spend time. I highly recommend you stay in the Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel when looking for a perfect lake getaway.Nancy

It was a perfect spot to rest between long travel days driving from MA to SC. We were greeted with a rain squall that bought us beautiful rainbows and skies. Communication with owner was here at. Nicole was quickly responsive.

The place is amazing. Myself and wife stayed here for the Statesville Hot Air Ballon festival. Lake views and dock are amazing. Covered area for sitting or kayaks for paddling. Bed was super comfortable and room/ bathroom is very spacious. More like small house than a room over garage. It has everything we could have asked for and more. Host was great as well.

Everything about this studio apartment is beautiful!!!It is well cleaned, updated and wonderfully decorated! Nicole provides everything you need and more. It is located on Lake Norman so that’s just a big plus for me. My husband and I sat out on the dock at sunset and relaxed and enjoyed the view.

The property and room was beautiful. It was even better than the pictures! The lake views from the room were beautiful. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was our first time kayaking and it was a lot of fun. The area of the lake we were on was quiet, which was nice. The room was clean and the entrance we had was completely private. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was beautiful-right on the lake with several seating options. The room was well appointed with a sleep matic bed. Awesome shower. We were only there 2 days but enjoyed the accommodation very much.

Amazing rental and beautiful views of the lake. Big water every direction. Extremely cozy accommodations with everything you needed. Rented a boat and they allowed complete access to the boat slip and dock. Covered dock with lights in the evening and a TV! Simply a wonderful vacation. Nicole, Michael and their two dogs, Max and Murphy were so down to earth and friendly. Highly suggest you check their rental out. We loved it! 5 stars!

This suite was an enjoyable respite while we looked at property in the area. The host was friendly and kind, such a pleasure to meet. We spent most of our time relaxing/napping on the covered dock over the water and even had a morning to swim. The suite was exceptionally clean, quiet, and the bed incredibly comfortable. We would happily stay again.

Great little suite along a gorgeous view of the lake. My husband and I had a great time kayaking on the water and using the grill on the dock. Checking in and out was very easy and the host had everything we needed to grill out some steaks and have a great trip!

Wonderful trip

All that we needed. My husband was so pleased with being able to fish anytime he wanted. Dock was perfect. Nichole was there if we ever needed anything. Max and Murphy was a great plus.

This property is fantastic. I coulf stay on the dock all day. All amenities were available for use. The room was awesome. Nicole was prompt to respond to any and all of my needs. Hope to go again next year.

I love to boat, jet ski, and play golf. I have two Golden Retrievers that rule the house. I grew up on the west coast (California and Arizona), but I lived a lot of places as my father was in the Navy when I was young, and my mother loved to travel. I met my husband in Nevada. We raised our children in Crystal Lake, Illinois and Peters Township, Pennsylvania. We choose North Carolina to retire due to the weather, the beautiful Lake Norman and family in the area. We were together for 37 years before his passing in 2025. I spend most my time golfing, working in the yard and visiting family in Nashville.

We started renting the suite the first of October 2021. We have had so many great guests. We love giving our guests the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Lake Norman. I worked for the Wynn in Las Vegas and try my best to give the suite a five star feel. We have a top of the line bed that will leave you well rested and very comfortable. A bose radio/cd player with some cds to relax to. We have some games and cards to entertain you. We have information on the lake, restaurants and venues in the room. We also included a binder that gives great information as well. I am so proud to say that all our guests have loved staying here at the suite. We continue to add unique and fun things each year.. We added some new lake decor, the electric fireplace, a DVD player with a good selection of DVDs, a picnic basket with all you need for a picnic at the lake, new floats and newly upgraded custom tile shower. We really want to make your stay special, and we appreciate our guests. I try to pop down once to the dock to say hello and make sure you have everything you need. Other than that, I give our guests privacy to enjoy their vacation. I take extreme pride in the cleanliness of our property. The room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every visit. We are here to make your stay a beautiful one. Please ask questions I am happy to help. I have assisted guests with kitchen items that they needed, tackle items, directions and recommendations and transportation to the public boat ramp. Just let me know if you need anything at all.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is centrally located to everything. We are on the main channel with deep water and beautiful views versus a cove with less views and more stagnant water. The street is a long, beautiful road that has friendly people out walking every day. Please note the speed limit is 25. We are on a dead-end street which limits traffic to residents primarily. The suite is spacious, clean and very private. As noted in the description our location is premium.

If you have a boat or you are wanting to rent, we have a great dock. If you want to boat while you are visiting there are rentals, they do book in the summer so get reservations in early. Our dock is beautiful and well maintained. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Amenities of our dock, wicker seating, Wifi, BBQ, mini fridge, television and the most amazing views. If you are interested in a fishing charter many will pick you up at our dock.

We have two kayaks, two paddleboards that are included in the rental for your unlimited use. We have life jackets from adult small to Adult 2XL. During the summer the property has beautiful flowers and birds of all kinds. During the winter there is a firepit with stunning views.

Please note that if you are coming during a holiday there may be fireworks. We live on a lake that does love to celebrate. Please ask if this is a concern for you. We do not allow any smoking or vaping of any kind in the suite but do allow it outdoors.
