There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.

Nice place to stay

The shower is awesome and the bed is super comfy. Everything inside is beautiful. It was a little hard to find where we were staying but we figured it out. It’s in a very nice area too. I definitely recommend staying here.

Quaint studio downtown

Our stay at this well stocked and perfectly decorated studio apartment was just what we needed. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the park across the street. We hope to come back soon!

Charming, clean property in a beautiful neighborhood

This property is beautifully designed - a really charming little spot! I loved the neighborhood it was in. Restaurant Orsay, which is in walking distance, is top notch. Southern Grounds coffee was also fabulous! The apt was clean and well maintained, and the host was very responsive. The only thing I would improve was that the mini refrigerator was not quite cold enough to keep my food at a safe temp…but I should’ve/ could’ve adjusted that before storing it I suppose! Overall great experience- I’d definitely stay again if I found myself in the area.

Very nice apartment!

Lovely apartment that is very clean, neat and has everything that you would need for a short stay. The small fridge was just big enough for our needs and it even had a small ice cube tray (which was just enough for a cocktail). Everything was in good working order from the stove to the TV to the heat/AC. Boone Park is directly across from the apartment and we enjoyed a walk there each day. We enjoyed our four day stay and you will too.

Really nicely renovated garage apt

The property inside is really great- well designed and nicely appointed. The driveway entrance is not impressive and unfortunately the views out the windows are of junky neighbors areas. The unit itself makes up for that. It is also a few blocks away from St John’s Ave and closer to Boone Park tennis courts rather than what is indicated on map.

Avondale Studio Guesthouse

We loved this property! It is beautifully designed, decorated, and appointed down to the very last detail. Impeccably clean. Quiet and private. We were in the area for appointments at the Mayo Clinic; it took us about 40 minutes to get there in morning traffic. Despite the small commute, I plan to re-book this property for future Mayo appointments. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Reservation canceled by host last minute and there were no other properties available in the area I needed to stay in. Cozy and Perfect

This was our second time staying in this property and we loved it even more than last time. Our first visit was so wonderful (SERIOUSLY THE MOST COMFY BED EVER!) we decided this stay should be longer. Not only is the home itself just beautiful, the location couldn't be any better. Walking distance to some of the best food in the city (Orsay and Iguana on Park) and some of the most fun places for beer and pizza (Mellow Mushroom). Avondale (walking distance!) is a great way to spend a nice afternoon. But my number one most fave thing about this house...the bed. I literally took notes of the brand of sheets, pillow inserts and mattress too. Wonderful stay and recommend to everyone!

Beautifully appointed and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay! Beautifully appointed, quiet and new. Everything you need with thoughtful details. Very private and it has a lovely outdoor upper deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. One caveat, though…the bed is extremely soft, so if you have back issues or like a firm mattress, you might have an issue. Even with that, we still give it the highest recommendation! We’ll be back!

Quiet getaway in the heart of Riverside Avondale

This cute garage apartment is perfect for all of your needs. The neighborhood is quiet, no neighbors to disturb by walking on the beautiful hardwood floors. Kitchens is well appointed for all of your needs, but with all of the fabulous restaurants nearby, who wants to eat in? The deck is an awesome place to unwind after a busy day with a glass of wine, or get your day started with a cup of coffee. The apartment is open concept, but cozy, comfortable and super clean. Don't get me started on the rainhead shower!

There are no hotels in this amazing area. Voted one of the best historic neighborhoods in America. The location of this property is perfection due to steps from a large walking park and 5-8 minute easy walk to tons of shops/outdoor cafe style dining and bars.
