Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect Location in Maui

The location and view are amazing! We loved being so close to a great sandy beach, and the view is amazing! The house was well stocked and the welcome gift was very thoughtful. It also was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use if needed. We were able to walk a short distance to the Sugar Beach Bakery, Ululani's Hawaiian Shaved Ice, and an ABC Store. The location is close to many restaurants as well. If we travel back to Maui we will definitely stay here again!

Great place in an even better location.

The house was great, very clean and organized. Really loved the welcome gift and amazing views. Definitely recommend this home as it is a prime location to just about anything on the west part of Maui. Plenty of parking and steps to the beach.

Excellent location and ocean view

Overall the unit and area was a perfect fit for our stay. Very laid back and you cannot beat the location and the view from lanai. Pool area was great, BBQ station was perfect for grilling and beach was long and beautiful soft sand. The unit itself was clean and had all the supplies we needed.

Best vacation destination!

My husband and I needed a place to unwind, and we decided on Maui, unsure of what we would do. We found that, even though there were dozens of options of things we could do, we ended up, deciding ultimately that we wanted to spend most of our time at the condo because you can’t beat a private beach! Perfect size condo. Beach chairs were a huge plus. Loved the tranquility of the area!!

a great whale watching getaway

We loved your well equipped condo. The whales put on a great show right in front where the boats anchor. We spent a lot of time on the lanai looking for whales. The beach walks were fun as were the food trucks all around kihei.

Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. The pool , beach everything right there. Walking everyday on the beach and just relaxing. We will be back.

Great beach view from the balcony.

The unit is small, but very comfortable. It's in a nice complex with a good sandwich shop. It's convenient to everything north and south, plus a short drive to Target and Costco. A special touch was the goodie bag containing Hawaiian made products. A good value for the location.

Different Management

We have been coming for years. Since Vacasa took over the welcome starter package (soap, dish, laundry, coffee, toilet paper, etc) was nothing compared to the past. That was always a welcome to Maui don’t have to rush to the store. It was clean but carpets needs to be replaced and bedding needs updating compared to some of the others units we’ve stayed in. The dollar value per night for the stay is NOT worth it anymore.

Beautiful Stay

We had a lovely time but will not return this time of year due to the bugs that come from the nearby marsh in the springtime. You absolutely cannot keep the doors open once it gets dark because they are attracted to the lights inside. My husband had to vacuum the ceilings the first couple nights we had so many. In the morning you will find them dead on the lanai so sweeping them up daily is a must! We swept up approximately one cup a day. I would definitely stay here again but not in March! We had a blast and enjoyed our trip regardless of the bugs!

We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. This condo is centrally located so it was easy to get to any destination on the island. The view from the lanai was just breathtaking! We highly recommend this place, and we would totally try to book this place again if given the chance. Thank you!!

Truly paradise!

Condo is beautiful, perfectly functional, and ideally located directly overlooking the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bath, beautifully decorated, comfortable, long list of cable TV channels, and easy access from the parking garage. Couldn't ask for a better place. Great places to eat and shop nearby. We'll be back as soon as we can.
