This beautifully renovated apartment is on the outskirts of the inner-city in a family oriented neighborhood. Nonetheless, it is central enough to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and bars within walking distance. The bus stop is right in front of the door which will take you straight to the Mall area or the train station. The autobahn onramp is roughly 2 minutes away which gives you a straight shot to most military installations.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and the house only has two apartments total. It comes with all the amenities a heart desires. Parking right in front of the entrance. A high end kitchen, a large oversized comfy couch, a newly renovated bathrooms with a walk-in shower and much more. Right of the kitchen/living area you'll find the private patio (not shared) to enjoy outdoor space with BBQ grill and dining set during the spring, summer and fall months.

Centrally located but quiet. Still walkable to downtown or a quick and reasonable cab or bus ride. The bus stops right in front of the house. The house is only about 2 minutes from the Autobahn on-ramps (A6 and A63) which lead you straight to Ramstein, Sembach or even the Frankfurt Airport.
