House located in an enclosed area halfway between Nieuport bain and Nieuport ville

Holiday home located in an enclosed, quiet area, suitable for 6 people. In front of the house 3 free parking spaces are available.
The living room on the first floor is bright and opens onto a tree-lined terrace, sunny from late morning until evening (chairs and table available). The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, electric oven and microwave. There is a hot plate with 4 zones and a dishwasher.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each (180x200 and 160x200) and storage space as well as a bathroom, double sink, shower and bath and toilet.
On the upper floor there is a large space used as a bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the garage.
The house is located 1km from the beach and 2.5 km from the city of Nieuwpoort.
There are 2 supermarkets (Colruyt and Aldi) nearby (500m) and a tram stop around the corner (De Lijn - Victor stop).
Our accommodation has a 4-star rating awarded by the Toerisme Vlaanderen agency.
Water consumption is to be paid on site at the end of the stay and the rate is 20EUR per m³ consumed.
