Watch beautiful sunsets from this 4 bedroom, 3 bath residence. This is the largest floor plan in Kingston's Margate Tower, 14th floor, with wrap around views of the soothing ocean, lush plantation, and the southern coastline from the many windows and sliding glass doors, and an expansive balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10, 3 full bathrooms.

Oceanview condo located in Margate Towers within the premium grounds of Kingston Plantation. Margate Towers is a secure oceanfront condo complex located within the private gated community of Kingston Plantation. Attached parking garage and a guest ONLY year round heated pool provides a place for you to return year after year.

You DO have access to the Margate pool and hot tub. *****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts. *******

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Margate building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.

*Please note that our guests DO NOT have access to the on-site water park, pools/pool decks at the Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel nor the on-site fitness facility.

Spacious condo

Beautiful condo. Loved the spaciousness and decor. Only thing was dirty under the beds and bathtub had hair in it. Other than that we loved the place. Would definitely stay again. I Highly recommend this condo.

Very Accommodating

We really enjoyed this place. The space was really great. My friends and I enjoyed the comfort and the space that accommodated all 6 of us. The only one fault, is that the if you are looking for an ocean view, you will not see that only because the rental faces the front of the tower and you will see the view of the parking lot where RV's are located . But other then that the place was very nice.😊 We would definitely rent this place again.

Great place

Loved this condo. Very spacious. Loved the laundry room and pantry. Really enjoyed watching fireworks from balcony. Enough space for our family of 9 without being on top of one another. Very quiet. Would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

When we first arrived, the cleaning crew had left our unit mid clean and forgot to circle back before our arrival. However, after messaging the management company they got housekeeping to return immediately and finish cleaning. From there on out we had no issues and had a great stay! Very big condo to accommodate our family and great location. Only complaint is there is only one key to enter the building from the pool or late at night, which made things a little difficult with a big family. Overall highly recommend this unit, we would definitely rent here again!

Great location but...

Large unit in Margate, convenient to restaurants and shopping. There is only a small view of the ocean however from one of the bedroom windows. The carpet was visibly soiled in the dining room and smelled in the master bedroom. The beds were so hard my son bought mattress pads so his family could sleep. The cushions on the couches were clean but collapsed to the floor when you sat down. The tvs and showers were fine and kitchen appliances worked well. We did have to clean the glass cook top before using it. This unit obviously needs some major updates and attention to attract renters since the view is poor. The agent handling the rental was very responsive to our concerns and said she would relay them to the owner and the cleaning crew. Fortunately we had good weather and spent our time on the beach or the pool or out shopping.

Excellent Property Manager

Julie is top notch. Check in was easiest of any vrbo I have used. There were a few minor issues with the cleaning and Julie went above and beyond to handle and satisfy our concerns. I would stay here again and will search out her properties when staying in Myrtle Beach again.

Great Get Away

Place is just as describe. Everything was very nice. Condo had plenty of room. One of the things we worried about was traveling to the 14th floor on the elevator. (How long of a wait? How crowded?) Well, we needn't have worried. No wait and no crowds. We would certainly stay here again.

Family Vacation 2022 in Mrytle Beach

Property over all was very nice, individual unit was a bit lacking in cleanliness, however not a reason not to rent again. Should pay particular attention to the HVAC units, filters were clogged solid, and should have been changed prior to our arrival. Did have to call maintenance to fix one unit, very quick response and friendly techs. Over all a very pleasant stay.
