Recientemente remodelado 1889 histórica casa de Silverton con tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. Diseño moderno con decoración de buen gusto. El baño de arriba tiene una lujosa ducha de vapor y el baño de abajo tiene una bañera con patas. Esta es una de las casas de alquiler mejor cuidadas y hermosas de Silverton. Hay un colchón orgánico en el dormitorio principal y otras camas están equipadas con sábanas orgánicas. Hay una cocina muy cómoda y digna de entretenimiento. La cocina está completamente equipada con encimeras de granito y un rincón para comer con capacidad para seis con espacio para fiestas más grandes. La casa tiene calefacción por suelo radiante en todo. Amplio y muy acogedor salón con hermosa alfombra oriental y chimenea de gas. También hay una sala de lavandería con detergente ecológico.

Hay patio privado muy grande, cercado. Que incluye una cubierta trasera con parrilla Weber. Este hermoso patio se completa con árboles de Aspen sombreados, un árbol de Manzano silvestre y un hermoso jardín de rocas y plantas perennes delineado por un exuberante césped verde. Las vistas de Sultan, Grand Turk y Kendall Mountain son gloriosas. Ubicado justo al lado de la calle principal en la famosa calle Blair. Duerme cómodamente 6 (7 con sofá).

Great Place!

Stayed here for 4 nights with the Pup in tow. Communication was easy & straightforward, the house was in immaculate shape, and the kitchen well-stocked (no hilariously dull knives or rusted / scratched cookware). Kim's dog (Ollie) was a welcome visitor & playmate for our Golden Retriever. Definitely the nicest place in town I've stayed in-- will be back!

We had a great stay in Silverton. The house was perfect for us and in a great location for our daily hikes in the mountains. Kim was a terrific host. Everything was just as advertised only better. We were in her house for 20 days and had NO issues whatsoever!

Best house on the OHV route!

This house is just so good! This is the second time we have stayed here and it keeps getting better. The owner is constantly improving the furniture and keeping the house in tip top shape. It is very spacious, has plenty of parking and is in a great location! It is on the OHV route and you are able to walk to all the restaurants & shopping around town. I would highly recommend this house. The host is fantastic! We will for sure be staying here again!

Perfect location

House was clean and great location in terms of proximity to town and trails! We loved walking to coffee bear in the morning and around the town shops. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need and more in terms of kitchen and bathroom supplies. We weren’t aware the owner actually lives in the home in an upstairs unit, but it didn’t cause any issues. Thanks Kim for hosting us!

Great place for a family and a great yard for the dogs!

We were in Silverton for a wedding at the Wyman and we loved that this house was so close. We used it as a meeting place for our family. The kitchen was awesome with everything you could need. Our dogs loved the backyard and we enjoyed sitting out there talking and reading. The steam shower was so amazing! We all enjoyed it. Lastly, we got to meet Kim and she was so gracious and kind, offering to help us with whatever we needed.

Great experience Beautiful house Great location

The house is very inviting and comfortable. It was laid out great for our group of 5 and the remodel work is very nice. Kim was a great host and takes very good care of the house and the yard and was attentive and available when needed, but a quiet neighbor. Being on Blair St makes this a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants in town. It would be a perfect spot to watch the 4th of July Parade as it is right on a corner of the route. Overall a great experience with a beautiful house and a wonderful host!!!

The Best Place to Stay in the BEST Mountain Town!

I felt like I won the lottery when I was able to reserve Kim's home between the holidays in '22. The home was absolutely perfect for what I was wanting to do: relax and play in the snow outside with my two kids. The location is perfect (right in town) and the property is cozy, clean and set up for all you might want to do (cooking a meal for a group, watching movies on the Apple TV set up, putting snow gear in the mud room, etc.). I cannot recommend Kim as a host or this incredibly awesome property enough! Thank you Kim for a memorable, restful and amazing holiday week!

Family ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay in Silverton. This property was immaculate when we arrived. It was just perfect for our family to relax in after playing in the snow all day. The kitchen was a great bonus for us as well. It was stocked with everything you could ever need to stay in and cook. Kim was very helpful and accommodating. She answered any questions about to the town we had, and even recommended some wonderful places to eat. If you are coming in to Silverton, I highly recommend staying at this property! It’s just wonderful!!

The home is absolutely stunning!! It had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The steam shower was so nice after a day of adventures. The home also has a beautiful claw foot tub for soaking. We enjoyed cooking dinners in a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful antique wood burning stove in the kitchen that set the ambience and was so nice to enjoy while preparing meals. The host Kim is absolutely amazing!! She is super attentive to the property and her guests wants and needs. She has the sweetest bernese mountain dog named Oliver that became fast friends with our doodle. The location in town was perfect! Main street is only one block away so easy to walk to and grab coffee and food. Thanks for everything Kim!! We can't wait to come stay with you again. Give Oliver a snuggle for us!

More privacy!

Did not know a joined apt attached to house. Yard had dog poop all over. If would of had pet would of been an issue w other pets. Loved the house the service, and all the natural products. Great time!

Comfortable & Beautiful Stay

This home was absolutely stunning. The person who restored this historic home did an amazing job. It was bigger than I realized and comfortably fit 5 adults. The antique furniture and decor were so beautiful. The location couldn't be more beautiful, too! I stayed here during a wedding at Kendall Mountain which was easy to walk to. My dog loved walking around the creek every morning. Main street is also only a block away and easy to walk to multiple food + coffee options.

Great place for Silverton ski trip
