The Owl's Nest Hideaway is a renovated home in the coveted North End of Boise in a quiet cul de sac. This home has room for everyone with ideal indoor and outdoor living making it easy to enjoy the wonderful seasons Boise has to offer. The large kitchen with island seating and dining nook make it a great place for family meals and extra seating can be found outside on the patio. In addition to the patio and grill area, the backyard features a half court basketball court as well as a grassy area and firepit. The yard is fully fenced and has a doggy door to the backyard suitable for small/medium sized dogs. The converted garage is what we call the "Hideaway Hangout" featuring bunkbeds, seating area with TV and Nintendo Wii, and a desk with art supplies and games.

This home is minutes to Downtown Boise featuring a variety of restaurants, shops, sporting venues, recreation, and parks. Local favorite Camelsback Park is less than 2 miles away and features numerous trailheads for hiking and mountain biking ( https://boisetrails.com/?gid=13 https://boisetrails.com/?gid=13). No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
