Charming two bedroom apartment with it's own separate entrance and PARKING SPOT. This apartment has just undergone a FULL RENOVATION and is BRAND NEW! The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has an open layout with a modern living room and kitchen. The cozy living room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV. There is a work space with a desk. Fios high speed internet is also included. The Kitchen includes dish-ware, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a modern and elegant dinning area which seats 4. The house has 2 bathrooms! One full bath and one half bath. The apartment is close to the light rail train station. It's only about 30 min away from NYC using transit. By car, its quicker, 20 min drive.

Close to NYC, but with free driveway parking.

Comfy and spacious apartment to lounge in.

Available by phone, text and email. Usually I'm also available in person if anything is needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well taken care of, and located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable and at home throughout our visit. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept place with a thoughtful host.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities and appliances we needed for a comfortable visit.The only minor issue was the rain shower head, which was a bit tricky to manage with the kids.Other than that, everything was excellent. I’d recommend this place to others!

Very nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay in a quiet neighbourhood in Bayonne. The apartment is very comfortable and nice to come back to after a busy day in Manhattan. The Lightrail worked well. We would definately stay here again.

The neighborhood was good, the house was clean and well kept, the biggest issue I had was that I was supposed to get the code to the lockbox before check-in and I didn’t. I called the phone number over and over again and left a message with no answer and then FINALLY the email came through with the lockbox code after I’d been sitting in the driveway waiting for quite some time. Oh, also there was a smelly rag hanging on the headboard in one of the bedrooms. No big deal I just grabbed it with my fingertips and tossed it in a closet.

Totally Amazing

We often travel and this property was definitely in one of the top 5. Our upstair neighbors were amazing, they were always making sure that we were ok and offering to help with anything we needed. If ever visiting again we will be sure to return.

Great and Cost Efficient

Far exceeded my expectations and adequately priced considering all of the amenities provided. A few children running around on the upper floor, but that didn’t bother me at all. Awesome and responsive host!

Our stay was great . Everything was clean and accessible. The only thing it was very noisy from the upstairs. Family has young children and it was hard to stop them to running around. If you use earplugs too . Not gonna work either.

Great place to stay for visiting NYC!

This little apartment is absolutely adorable and close to NYC! We had a wonderful stay and plenty of room for everyone (family of 4). Free parking right at your door and a washer/dryer were major pluses! The light rail to get you into the city is about a 10-minute walk. We commuted to NYC every day of our stay to explore the city, and we had so much fun!! The trains can be a little tricky to figure out as there are so many, but you get the hang of it. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Jersey or NYC. Jessica and her husband are kind and courteous host! Listing exactly as described and pictured, loved it!

Week trip

Stayed here to get my daughter moved into college. Easy to find and close to public transit. You can definitely here the family upstairs which is communicate before you stay. I have kids so it didn’t bother me to hear them however I didn’t know they would be up at 6am everyday running and screaming so that was a little but of a surprise. Not bad though and I did know about them before the stay. Host stays above the apartment and is available if you would need anything but we did not. The Little Cafe is a couple blocks over and has amazing food and bakery items. Is close to Hoboken (home of Carlos Bakery) also close to Liberty State Park to access Lady Liberty. So glad we found this place and will definitely be visiting again.

5 Stars All The Way!

This was my first Vrbo rental, and to say I was anxious and nervous is a complete understatement. With that said, I couldn't be happier with our experience!!! The property looked exactly like the pictures - except, and as a photographer I should know this, but the pictures were in wide mode so the rooms looked bigger than they really were. But, it was still perfect!!!! We walked in and I felt like I walked right into their pictures. Check-in was a breeze, the apartment was clean and stay-ready, and everything we needed was within walking distance. We loved that there was a driveway to park our car, that was a huge added bonus! The neighborhood(s) were quiet, and we felt completely safe when walking back from the train station late at night. The Walmart was less than clean or organized, but we made it through LOL Walgreens is right next to the train station along with Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins, so it was nice to be able to stop there on the way home to get anything we may need on a spur of the moment. The owner was kind, and helpful, and responded to anything we needed in a timely manner. The trains were easy to navigate and, again, we felt safe and made it back and forth to NYC with ease. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you for making our first Vrbo experience perfect, fantastic, and memorable!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. All accommodations and amenities were as advertised. The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was provided. Our host was helpful and always kept us up to date with information. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Also appreciated having off street parking provided, since it is very difficult finding a parking space anywhere in the city.

Maison idéalement située dans une ville agréable et calme du New Jersey à proximité de Manhattan qu’il est très facile de rejoindre par le rail. La station de train est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. La maison est spacieuses, bien équipée, décorée avec goût et extrêmement confortable, en particulier la literie.

NYC College Visits - NICE Apt

Just stayed this past weekend for 2 college visits in NYC for my High School senior. We picked it because we thought we were 3 people, and it had sleeping for 4, and 4 could comfortable fit - but we had one drop from the group. Cute as a button, little on the low ceiling side for my 6'4" boy, but do-able and he gets that a lot :). Well appointed with everything you need for a nice relaxing evening after all the hustle and bustle of the city. Having a parking place was amazing - I recently had surgery, so having the option to drive to the path and/or light rail was great (and no steps into the apartment was like a super bonus)! Would definitely stay here again if he goes to school here. (they are super helpful and accessible as hosts!) Thanks for everything!

Jessica & Husband Provided us a fabulous home away from home for the week that we spent TourinNew Yo

Jessica was superb providing a beautiful home along with all the tips of ways to the light rail on 8th street taking it to exchange place then going across street to the path train into the World Trade Center 911 Memorial & getting us to going on the Subway to Battery Park to catch ferry to Statue Of Liberty & Ellis Island then E train to Times Square then Ubered to Staten Island Memorial. Jessica & Her Family Definitely Made Our Vrbo Experience in Bayonne New Jersey Fabulous With Top Notch Excellence & We Will Definitely Return When In The Area Again. Thank You Jessica with also directions for a gorgeous sunset walk to waterfront park behind residence on A Avenue .

Great location to visit New York without the cost of staying in New York

My daughter, grandson, and I stayed here for four nights while we visited New York City landmarks. It was much less expensive than a hotel room. loved the decor… Bright, modern and relaxing. The snacks, coffees, candies… We’re all unexpected.We were able to have one or two meals at the Play equipped apartment. Having a half bath in addition to the full bath was nice. Did laundry a couple of times. And the drive to and from was typically 35 to 45 minutes. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re trying to enjoy the sights of New York City without spending a small fortune.

Beautiful place with modern amenities near NYC

We are very happy with our stay. Place is clean and modern. And very convenient ride to NYC. Property owners stays upstairs, and are very nice people and accommodative. Their response was very good . Overall I recommend this place if you are going to NYC trip with family. 5 Stars!!!

Nicely updated and functional space!
