We want you to enjoy your staycation with fun games, relax outside by the pool, or enjoy a good book on the patio right outside the back sliding doors. Fire up the BBQ, or head into town (which is minutes away) for some tasty meals.
Only 10 minutes away from the We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, and only 5 minutes away from Fountain Hills parks and rec center.
Bring your golf clubs, or your mountain bike, and have fun here!
4 Bedroom home looking out over beautiful mountain views & shimmering pool! Sleeps 8, with 3 bathrooms. Pool can be heated for an additional cost.
Should you choose to stay with us, we can provide you the convenience of having your groceries brought in prior to your arrival- provide us with a list. (you still have to pay for the groceries of course, but we can get them to you so you do not have to worry about this chore!)
And if you need a driver, we can provide you with the name of our trusted driver as well.

Relaxing Fountain Hills

We had a great stay at this Fountain Hills property. The heated pool was a nice perk and made for some relaxing afternoons. The home was clean and well-kept, with lovely views. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated, and the beds were comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a solid rental and we’d consider staying here again.

Great location, peaceful and comfortable for all the guests, nice open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. Close to shopping and decent restaurants. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. Would recommend!

Very pleased with every aspect

We found this lovely home to be very comfortable and convenient to everything we needed and wanted to do. The beds and leather sofas were very comfortable and we enjoyed the heated pool.

Awesome mini vacation!

Extremely cleam and modern. This Vrbo was all that was described in the listing and more... heated pool made the stay even better due to the chiili weather. Host was friendly and available as needed. Overall, an amazing time had by all!! We look forward to another stay!!

Ideal location in Fountain Hills

The property far exceeded our expectations in comfort and amenities provided. The house was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped allowing for ease of preparing breakfast to begin our day. We returned to the property in time to enjoy the cool evenings on the patio, kept warm utilizing the outdoor heater. We enjoyed dipping our toes in the heated pool but were too busy with other activities to take full advantage. The property is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants and there seem to be a lot of activities on weekends all around Fountain Hills. We look forward to returning to this property next year if availability meshes with our travel plans!

Beautiful home

Large, beautiful home with private pool near the desert. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Host replied immediately when I had a question about the pool. Great experience and would highly recommend.

10 Minutes from WeKoPa

Was in town for a golf tournament at the WeKoPa Golf Resort and Casino. The house was perfectly situated to where we could take advantage of downtown Fountain Hills restaurants and be at the golf course in 10 minutes. Drive time to Phoenix Airport was a quick 30 minutes or so. Really enjoyed the house as it has 3 full bedrooms with their own bathroom and one bedroom for children. On the edge of town and very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great spot for a family get-away

Seven members of our family stayed at this wonderful house, 3 couples and a single adult. The house and property were spotlessly clean, and the heated pool was a treat. There is a wonderful outdoor seating space on the patio, and also plenty of room in the living room for lounging. The kitchen is stocked adequately, although a large cutting board and some more bowls and serving dishes wouldn't go amiss. There were some basic spices and condiments already available - I like the use one/leave one model. Also could use more towel racks in the bathrooms. The host was very responsive when we did have an issue. Everything went very smoothly, from reservation to checkin and checkout. Highly recommended.

A great place for extended family

This house was such a relaxing place to come back to after the memorial service we were in Fountain Hills to attend. They had thoughtfully supplied us with age appropriate toys for our 2 year old grandson—he loved playing with them! The kitchen was spacious enough for several of us to cook and wash dishes at the same time. Two rooms en suite bathrooms. A third bathroom was positioned between the other two bedrooms. We had a full house yet there were plenty of towels and wash cloths to go around. The pool area was beautiful—wish the weather had allowed for swimming. Parking was ample for our two cars. The property manager was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Property

Fountain Hills is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix area. The property is located in a very quiet culdesac and right at the edge of the neighborhood which gives it excellent mountain views with epic sunrises and sunsets. While the property is a good 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix, the Fountain Hills area has all the amenities you will need, there is a wonderful Safeway Grocery store just 5 minutes away, as is the Fountain Hills Park with the famous fountain has a great little coffee shop, restaurants and excellent green space to walk, and next-level playgrounds for kids of all ages. The house is very spacious, featuring a large great room, excellent for families. Ample space for eating at the dining room table or at the table by the sliding doors for breakfast. Two oversized sliding doors make the space feel even larger and also allow some views from the living space. An excellent kitchen area that was wonderfully stocked for families traveling with kids. 4 great sized bedrooms, and 3 well-equipped bathrooms, make the property great for families, one room has 3 beds for kids and some toys, an eating chair and a gate on the patio also allows the kids to play on the patio without risk of accessing the pool. We traveled during the winter and the pool was covered, so we can't comment on that but the patio is nicely furnished with a heater and propane fire pit. Comfortable sofa style seating and a TV, which we didn't use because the views outdoor were perfect.
