The Matterhorn is a sweet and charming cabin on the west side of Wallowa Lake. The all-wood interior provides that cabin-in-the-woods feel and the living room and kitchen have an open floor plan that keeps everyone together. There are many large picture windows offering unobstructed views of Wallowa Lake and the east moraine. The home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right has a queen and is a few steps from the full bathroom which offers a shower and a washer/dryer. The bedroom on the left has two twin beds and another queen bed with an adjoining half bath.

Enjoy your days on the deck that overlooks your own private boat dock on Wallowa Lake. Watch the kids on the dock while you barbecue or relax with a good book. Enjoy some fishing and boating action with the private dock. However you choose to spend your days, your time at the Matterhorn will be enjoyable.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal private docks are typically placed for Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These are placed and pulled by a 3rd party and several variables come into play such as lake levels, snow and company availability. We do our best, but these items are non refundable items if a problem occurs with their timing of putting in the water and pulling from the water.
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
There is a low beam ceiling in the living room/kitchen area, so please watch your head.
Games, books, and videos available for guests' use.
Boat trailer parking available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
