Escape to the Pocono Mountains in this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom chalet in the beautiful Bear Creek Lakes community. Perfect for families, friends, or multi-generational groups, this home combines comfort, space, and fun for an unforgettable getaway.

The main floor features a private king master suite with a walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and abundant natural light, providing a peaceful retreat. The large fully stocked kitchen and dining room open to a back deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, overlooking a spacious backyard ideal for play and relaxation. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and two couches (including a sleeper sofa) for cozy evenings indoors.

Upstairs offers a bunkroom with a twin-over-full bed and twin trundle, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a queen bedroom with walk-in closet (and a pack n play for little ones), and a twin bedroom with extra twin trundle, ensuring plenty of space for kids and guests.

Additional amenities include main floor laundry, central heating, and portable AC units in the summer to keep everyone comfortable year-round.

House was very clean and equipped well for our needs. Very kid friendly which was perfect for traveling with a 2 and 4 year old. Will rebook in the future when we return to the area.

The house was lovely! It was in a very nice, safe neighborhood and the place was clean and the pool and beach area were perfect for our family. We had our two daughters and their families with us and we had plenty of room and the kids loved all the great toys!

Pocono family getaway

We enjoyed a relaxing week with my family and my sister’s family. We hung out at the beach, pool, and local state parks. The house was great for both families, the kitchen was big and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend family getaway

This property was perfect for our two families with 4 kids ages 1.5-4. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of wonderful toys for the kids to play with, and the overall setup of the home was very conducive to young children. The kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would highly recommend this property!

Wooded quiet haven

This is a quiet lovely home in a wooded development with a great back yard area about 15 minutes from historical Jim Thorpe, PA. We were visiting to enjoy fall foliage and to bike the Lehigh River Gorge. It was a great place to stay away from the huge crowds of downtown Jim Thorpe. The home was large so we never used the 2nd floor bedroom space, or the basement family room.... great areas for a larger group. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend for family groups to enjoy this beautiful area of PA. We enjoyed the visiting herd of deer who quietly watched us load our car from the lawn. A great place to stay.

Very nice property with a beautiful great room and well appointed kitchen. Our party of 6 adults was very comfortable there. A great base for exploring Jim Thorpe, biking the Lehigh Gorge Trail, and whitewater rafting (we did all 3). The basement with the games, etc. smelled musty and we would not have wanted to hang out there, but we had no time for that anyway. Overall, it was a great location for us, comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Nice community, clean home

We enjoyed our stay here. house was clean, and well stocked with essentials. Saw deer everyday, they walk right into the yard if you’re quiet! Community is awesome, very safe feel. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed

Very well equipped with everything you need. Although we weren't there the whole time, (family event in Allentown), we were able to cook meals a few nights. Great stay and would definately be back if in the area

The perfect home to entertain…

A few friends and I rented this great home and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable! We only had a short stay but we all wish we could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect house to entertain in…the kitchen is very well stocked and had every appliance you could think of so we had fun cooking all our meals and baking desserts. The dining area is large and had more than enough space for everyone. The home is stocked with lots of games (video games and board games) and the SMART TV is signed into all the great apps (Disney+, Prime, Hulu, etc) so we really had no reason to venture out during our short stay. We really enjoyed our stay and I can’t wait to come back!!!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful home…

What a lovely home!!! This home has everything you need for a restful, relaxing time away. The beds are comfy, the house is very well stocked, and there is enough space for everyone in both the communal areas and the bedrooms. The community gets together to watch the sunset every night at the lake and my photo enthusiast husband got some amazing photos and we made friends with the neighbors. We spent hours and hours of our time hanging in the basement, there are arcades and games to play…it was clean and a great size. The downtown Jim Thorpe area is a short ride away, under 10 min, and has a full grocery store, liquor store, lots of cute shops (check out the old school candy store), tour train, and restaurants. The host is great and very responsive when we had questions. We didn’t have kids with us but there’s a high chair, portable crib, and lots of toys which is a great bonus if you do. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Great property

The house was as pictured in the photos. Super, super clean! Book of instructions, etc, very helpful! Nice out door space. Only negative was we prefer a coffee maker instead of the keurig, so we had to bring our own.

Family week

It’s a very nice property inside. The pictures of downstairs look good but it’s musty and size deceiving. Once you arrive they ask you to empty dehumidifier daily. Im also not a fan of someone watching my family on cameras mounted on the home. Those items should be disclosed in description of property. They were very generous with household supplies inside. Nice amount of space. The town of Jim Thorpe was a 20 minute drive but well worth the trip.

Amazing house and location!

House was much nicer than appeared in photos. They had literally everything you would need -- fully stocked kitchen for cooking, linens and towels, toys for kids (we didn't have any but it was nice that they had so many in the closets), extremely comfortable beds, great living room for hanging out, awesome basement with fun games for young adults, beautiful deck that was lovely to have coffee on, and really big and comfortable dining room table. We were a family of four (adult kids) plus my mother and we cooked, hung out, played games they had available in the evening, sat on the deck for coffee in the morning, and slept like babies. House is in great condition and just really comfortably laid out. I worked out using the weights and yoga mats in the main floor bedroom -- awesome! Location was great, right off the main road and a quick 10 minute drive to Jim Thorpe. We hiked in Hickory Run and had ice cream at the place 2 minutes away. Dollar General was also 2 minutes away to get groceries. Perfect weekend! Can't wait to stay again.

Such a fantastic getaway...really great location!!

This weekend my family of 4 and two other families with children stayed at this beautiful home. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and matched the photos exactly. The beds were very comfortable. We had kids ranging from toddlers to teens and there was more than enough to keep everyone happy. The home is well equipped with everything you need and there is even a high chair, baby toys, and a pack-and-play which made things easier for our friends who have younger kids. The lake/beach is a short walk, 2-3 minutes so we spent lots of time there as the weather was great. The teenagers in our group loved that paintball and white water rafting were only a short 3 min drive from the house...those tours leave early in the AM but the proximity meant they could still sleep in a bit, so that made things much easier! The basement has board games, video games and air hockey which was great for our middle school children. There's a Dollar store less than a mile from the house so we were able to grab fresh produce and other groceries there and we took the short drive into downtown Jim Thorpe (less than 10 min drive) for dinners, wine tasting, and ice cream. We had breakfast and lunch on the deck, there's a large grill and a massive backyard that's perfect for the kids to play in. It really was a great weekend, we can't wait to come back!!!

Awesome home in nice lake community

The property was clean & comfy, and the location was great as it was very close to Jim Thorpe which is a cool little town. Furthermore, the property manager communicated quick and effectively. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying again in the future.

Comfortable 4 bedroom house

It is a great stay for our 2 families of 8. Four bedrooms are just right for us. Very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped for enjoyment of guests.
