Welcome to my apartment nestled under the eaves from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the village and admire the church steeple. in 15th century red sandstone. You will access the accommodation via an entrance/laundry room on the 1st floor which has a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. Stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor. Please note, taller people may need to duck slightly at one step. On the 2nd floor, you will find a very bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area with a sofa bed and a proper mattress (140x200 cm). There is also a separate bedroom equipped with a 160x200 cm storage bed, a desk area, and a wardrobe. Finally, you will find a pleasant bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower. Board games, books, Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+ (accessible with your own codes), and over 230 TV channels are available. You can easily connect your phone to the TV via Chromecast. A public parking lot is located at the foot of the house. All shops are within walking distance, including the Super U supermarket. There is a market every Tuesday and Friday morning throughout the year. As well as Sunday mornings in July and August. It is an apartment in a house divided into 4 apartments. The other 3 apartments are still under construction. Please note that access to the apartment is on the 1st floor via a wide and comfortable staircase. Inside the apartment, the living areas are located on the 2nd floor via another, narrower staircase. You will need to duck your head at one of the steps if you are taller than 1.70m. It is not safe for young children. Entry and exit are independent, using smart locks, from 4 pm onwards. You will receive your access codes 24 hours before your arrival. I am available for any information before or during your stay. This apartment is the first to be completed. Renovation work is continuing in the others. Therefore, there may be some noise during the day until mid-2025 between 10 am and 7 pm.
