Welcome to La Capitainerie! Cocoonr invites you to stay in this beautiful Nantes house on the banks of the River Erdre. You'll love its spaciousness and exceptional location!
The house is on three different levels, with three master suites and three terraces, including a rooftop. This spacious house gives you easy access to all of Nantes' landmarks.

The home is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor: an entrance hall with a staircase to the living room.
First floor:
- A comfortable lounge area with sofa and television
- A large semi-open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, etc. There is also a large dining table overlooking the River Erdre.
- A master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and a dressing area.
The second floor comprises :
- A master suite with two mezzanine beds accessed by a miller's ladder, a shower room, plenty of storage space, a study area and a private terrace.
- A second master suite with a double bed, shower room, plenty of storage space, study area and private terrace.
Finally, on the third floor (outbuilding):
- A large living room with a bed, lounge area, open-plan kitchen with oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher (there are no hobs). There is also a shower room. This space opens onto a large rooftop suspended over the Erdre, equipped with garden furniture to make the most of this lovely view!

Neighbourhood:
Enjoy the bucolic setting of the banks of the Erdre with immediate proximity to the Ile de Versailles and its pretty Japanese garden.
By staying in this house, you benefit from a privileged location. You can reach the city centre in 10/15 minutes on foot. Once in the city centre, you can stroll around and discover the many boutiques on Rue Crébillon or admire the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or discover the Cours Cambronne.

- Airport: a shuttle bus leaves from "Commerce" 20 min to the airport.

Further information:
The Capitainerie is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival.
To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
