Cozy townhome nestled in the Fells Point community of Federal Hill and close to all major hospitals. Each room is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Whether you like to relax and read a book or get a craving to bake a warm batch of cookies, you'll be delighted with all the amenities available!
Located just one block from popular Riverside Park and a short stroll to all the lovely Federal Hills hot spots on Light Street and St. Charles Street, enjoy the variety of restaurants and shopping this neighborhood has to offer.
Property layout:
You enter into the living room, which is separated from the kitchen with a charming original staircase. You'll continue through the 1st floor to find a full bathroom, with washer/ dryer and access to a small fenced area in the rear of the home. On the 2nd floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's and high speed internet is available throughout the home as well. Every room is fully furnished (see last paragraph). The living room features a couch, side tables, lamps and ottoman. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, 2 night stands and lamps. Bedroom #2 features a full bed, chest of drawers, desk chair and lamp. The kitchen features all appliances; full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dinnerware, bakeware, coffee maker, and 2-person dining set. Both bathrooms feature shower curtains, rugs and toiletries.
