The Master bedroom features a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and hot tub. The Historic Gage Hotel Gardens, adjacent to the property, within walking distance.

Wonderful Experience and property

We rented the Grand Oasis for some of our film crew while in Marathon. This was a incredible property run by incredibly helpful and kind people. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Nice open spot

Not too many nice places in Marathon, but this is one of them. Large, open, with nice amenities. Really nice cooking kitchen and lots of den/living space.

Great house for large groups visiting Big Bend

This was our first trip to Big Bend and this house was great for our larger group. We loved all the entertaining/seatings areas. The hot tub was an added plus after a long day in the park.

The house and property are very clean and offers plenty of room for large groups. The Property Manager is very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house.

We stayed at this house 5 days for Thanksgiving weekend 2025 and it was the perfect choice for a large group of 16 people. There's plenty of room for hanging out & sleeping. Two huge living areas with TV's, bedrooms have TV's, enough bathrooms that it won't be an issue and lots of space for eating. The outside pool area was so fun, well taken care of & the hot tub came in handy on those cold nights after exploring Big Bend all day. We used the propane BBQ grill and firepit with no issues. There's swings and lots of room for the kids to run around. My nephew loved the house so much, he cried when we left each day to go in to the park. I can't recommend this place enough, you will love it! A few notes for future guest:It's two houses that share the courtyard area, pool & hot tub. Privacy is not an issue, we barely saw the other family and there is plenty of room. Its about an hour driver to Panther Junction. Easy drive, be careful at night, lots of dear. We went in to the park every day, no issues. There is an immigration car check point between the house and park entrance, you must stop on the way out the park. There are plenty of towels, blankets, utensils, plates, cooking supplies, hair dryers and most stuff you need is there. The grocery store French Co which is about two blocks away has everything you need for the stay. If you just want to eat out every day, you can, plenty of options & even open on thanksgiving day so it shouldn't be an issue to get food.

Family get together

AN OASIS! Everything was as advertised or better. The home made it easy to enjoy our family and yet plenty of room for quite time too. Be sure to take the short drive to Post Park it's a beautiful spot. Loved it and plan to return.

Gorgeous home and pool! We had a very relaxing bacation.. easy drive to big bend.. home was very comfortable and hosts were very welcoming! Kitchen was the best stocked compared to any rental we have stayed at over the years! Would definitely come back!

Spacious and peaceful!

We really enjoyed this home. It was roomy and comfortable for all. The fire pit and pool/hot tub were a highlight. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We hope to stay here again soon!

great house for large group

Nice stay, clean and spacious. Large kitchen, huge dining and hall, nice pool and hot tub! We really enjoyed it! Bathroom shower a little small compare to the sized of the rooms.
