A small year round Cottage on Beautiful Whetstone Pond with Majestic Russell Mountain emerging right from the shoreline across from you. Easy access to ATV and Snowmobile Trails. Great Summertime Fishing, sorry Whetstone is closed to Ice Fishing, but good Ice fishing just down the street.

"Just what the doctor ordered" absolutely loved Andy's place. The cottage was decorated beautifully for the fall season. Everything we needed, including firewood for the fire pit outside and the wood stove. It was great having the kayaks on site for a paddle on the pond. The screened porch was awesome. A lot of attention to detail.I would highly recommend this property !!!

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property! The location is great and once you are inside it is so cozy and you feel like you are right at home! The access to the water, kayaks available, firepit, the location and how close it is to great hiking trails is wonderful! We can't wait to stay here again!!

We are all over 70 so it was easy to get into. We all loved the screened porch. Fishing wasn't great from the dock but that was ok. Would recommend it to others.

Oh Andy’s Place is magical. It had everything we could have possibly hoped for: clean water for endless swimming, floating and kayaking. Loons calling to each other after sunset. Morning coffee with a view from the screened in porch. A sweet firepit for evening s’mores. A dock for frog & watching and a cozy interior to snuggle in on the brisker nights. Thanks for a great relaxing getaway.

There was a minor glitch at check in and the host responded immediately! This rental had everything you could need and more! Kitchen appliances and supplies were great. Lots of towels and blankets. Wonderful place for those who love being in and on the water.We spent most of our indoor time on the screened in porch with had couches, a table and rocking chairs.Fire pits stocked with plenty of wood and lots of outdoor seating to take in the sunsets.This rental is located next to a public boat launch so there was a bit of activity. Launch is not a recreation area, just launch or take out and go. We had some nice visits with those using the launch….where the fish might be!Great rental with great hosts!

As always, we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of Andy's Place. This four day stay was one of our longer ones and we had beautiful weather that allowed us to be outside and enjoy the pond. We love that the property has kayaks for us to use. The spacious screened in porch was a favorite place to view the fascinating habits of the loons as well as sunsets and even moonsets. The camp is comfortable, check-in/check-out is easy, and the hosts are helpful and attentive. Our sixth time staying here, obviously we love it!

This cabin is so cute and has everything you can imagine needing. The owners were great at communicating and very helpful. My friends and I had a fantastic time right on the water, listening to the loons.

Lakeside retreat

Beautiful, clean, easy to find lakeside rental! Comfortably sleeps 6, direct access to the water for swimming and kayaking with 2 campfire options. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family getaway

I stayed here with my sibling and some cousins and it was excellent. The camp has everything you need, was very tidy, and spacious for its size. The view was beautiful and the porch is a great place to hang out.

Peace on the pond

We enjoyed our stay! It felt like home rt away. Learned the hard way about pond life , porches and bugs but we figured out quickly how much the critters like bright lights!! Love the area, will return!!

Awesome time at Andy’s Place

Upon arrival we were met with the beautiful view and upon entering the cottage, amazed with the decor and atmosphere. Family and I had such a great time with the water front access of the pond. My favorite was the enclosed porch that I could sit and soak in the view with my morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The sun will set right out in front of the screen porch. You'll listen to the Loons and this time of year, you'll get to see the leaves change. You won't find a better area than Northern Maine to enjoy the Foliage...
