Enjoy the best skiing, riding and biking in the east from the door of this convenient Sugarloaf ski-in/ski-out condo. This gem offers lift service to the mountain, as well as access to over 80 miles of hiking, cross-country, mountain bike, and fat bike terrain! After a long day on the trails, kids of all ages can relax in the association's private heated pool and hot tub, or take the shuttle up to the mountain to enjoy the dining, entertainment, and night-life. This location has it all. Why stay anywhere else!

Convenient and cozy

Cozy and clean condo with ample parking and easy access to all The Loaf has to offer. Hosts were responsive and everything was as presented. Certainly would recommend to friends and family.

Gavin’s birthday weekend

We do a weekend trip every year for my son’s birthday. Stayed at a few other condos on the mt. This was by far the best to date. Roomy living room with big sectional couch, first floor access. Very close tho the lift. Host was great with communication. Highly recommend this place and the host.

Great weekend on the mountain!

The condo was in a great location and very comfortable. We stayed for an event over two days and it was a great place to come back to to eat and rest.

Great experience

This place was perfect for our family of three. We loved the comfy couch and beds. It was super clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The close walk to the Snubber lift made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Sugarloaf condo

We had an awesome 4 day vacation at this condo. Perfect for our family of four - me, my wife, and kids ages 5 and 10. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We did breakfast every morning and cooked two dinners in. Location was the best part - easy walk to the access lift taking you up to the mountain. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again ourselves.

Cozy Snowbrook condo

This condo was perfect for myself and two daughters. The property was immaculate, well stocked and has a super comfortable living room area. Ski in ski out is fantastic, and communication with owner was great. Would love to return next year!

This condo is very convenient to the slopes. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Great place to relax after skiing. The owner is very responsive. It has everything you could need. In house laundry is so helpful.

Great Comfy Place at the Loaf

Very nice place for me and my 20 and 25 year old sons. Great set up to cook, hang out and chill on the couch after a great day of skiing. Easy to lift, easy to pool and hot tub. Super clean, super friendly and responsive owner.

The condo was just as advertised. Spacious for a one bedroom. Everything we needed was there. Short walk across the parking lot to the lift which brought us to the main part of Sugarloaf. Will definitely return.

Awesome Location at Sugarloaf

Perfect location to ski Sugarloaf. Really nice condo - with everything you need - and a short walk to the chair that takes you up to the base area. We loved it and will be back.

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

This place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing weekend. Everything was clean and tidy and there were plenty of cookware for the small meals we prepared in house. The host had excellent communication leading up to the visit. A+!

We're born and bred Mainers and who've been skiing Sugarloaf and enjoying Carrabassett Valley for years; me since I was a teen!. My wife and I finally had the opportunity to purchase this unit, back in 2019, and we're looking forward to sharing the magic of the area with others.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This unit is perfect for a small group or family. It is just a short walk to the Snubber lift and on the bus route, so access to the mountain and it's amenities is amazing. It is also directly across the road from the access to the cross-country trail system and walking paths.

After a long day skiing, guests can take a dip in the heated pool and hot tubs, play some ping-pong, bumper pool, foosball, games and more at the on-site recreation building. Or, take a trip up to the mountain and experience the local bars, shops, and restaurants.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Located at the base of the mountain, the Snowbrook complex is close enough to enjoy access to everything the area offers, but far enough away from the lodge and village that you can also enjoy your own space.

Have dinner and drinks at the Bag (you can't leave the mountain without a world-famous Bag burger), the Windowmaker Lounge, 45 North, the Rack and more.

At night, take a short walk on the nearby trail system, turn out your flashlight, and be prepared to be amazed by the blanket of stars.
