Popular 18 hole golf course and golf simulator minutes away. A short 15 minute drive to the popular Bett Plex Sports Complex in Bettendorf Iowa, 10 minute drive to LeClaire Iowa and 20 minute drive to the Quad Cities makes this destination a perfect get away! Coming by boat? City boat dock is right behind the property. Bike path is also directly behind property so bring your bicycles. Owners on site so a worry free stay is ready for you!

This is an excellent location right on the river and has everything needed including full kitchen, very clean coffee pot with coffee available, bath stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and check in/out easy with great communication! Highly recommend!

We have stayed here before and it was as a great as we remembered. It was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It is spotless, has perfect views, in a great location being within blocks of bars and great restuarants, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you will need.

Peaceful weekend retreat

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Spent our mornings on the deck, catching up and enjoying coffee while watching the river activity. Bed was comfortable and the sound machines were a nice touch! Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful Waterfront Getaway

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It contained everything we needed to enjoy our stay and to relax after busy days of visiting family. The location and ambience can’t be beat! The host was very responsive when I needed to amend our reservation and with check-in instructions. All the logistics were easy.

Golf Weekend

Our stay was perfect! Cute little town with very friendly people everywhere we went including the golf course, bar we ate at, and the few stores we stopped in. The deck of the apartment was fantastic over looking the river! We saw so many ducks, geese, and other wild life. Building and neighborhood were quiet. Short drive to the John Deere Classic. Would love to visit again.

A wonderful visit with Old Man River

A beautiful surrounding with walking and biking opportunities. Like-new and squeaky clean rooms and common areas. Superb view of the Mississippi. Some good restaurants within a couple of blocks. Nice bar on ground floor. Our first visit to Blue Suede Suites but Definitely not our last.

Great scenic condo on the river. Updated decor, comfy, beds, clean, well-stocked kitchen. So relaxing to drink coffee on the outdoor deck in the am. Would love to stay again❤️

Getaway road trip

This place was perfect to get away from the big city. Everyone in Port Byron was welcoming. And the restaurants around there are all privately owned, a lot of Great places to eat. Sitting on the balcony watching the Mississippi river roll by was pretty relaxing also

Beautiful Accommodations & View!

Highly recommend! Stayed the weekend for a girls getaway birthday celebration. Steve, the host, was prompt with responding to questions. The accommodations are relatively new and very nice! Beautiful river views and above the cocktail bar that had a fun performer on Friday evening. We met several local people who were very friendly - a great small community! We are planning on coming back when warmer weather comes to take advantage of the deck.
