Stone house, typical for the region, in a small, picturesque village 600 m from Kérsiguénou beach (adjoining Goulien), a favourite spot for water sports enthusiasts, particularly surfers.

Living room opening onto kitchen, leading onto a south-west facing stone terrace with views over the bay of Goulien and the cape of Dinan (Pointe de Dinan).

Ground floor:
Living room (HD TV, wireless internet connection (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ streaming applications), wood-burning stove, 2-seater leather sofa, 2 swivel armchairs (1 of which is leather with a footrest), very well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob + hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils, picnic cutlery, dining table with 4 chairs), shower room (washbasin, electric towel rail, MIELE washing machine and tumble dryer), separate WC, one bedroom (queen size bed 160 x 200, two single duvets) with a large wardrobe with sliding doors.

Upper floor:
A mezzanine with a seating area, a bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190). The bedroom does not have a high ceiling. Tall people are warned.

All bedrooms can be blacked out.

Exteriors:
Terrace and small garden with picnic table, charcoal barbecue, parasol, 2 sun chairs, garden shed, garage for storing your bikes or small city car. 1 private parking space for a standard-sized car without trailer.

Dogs allowed (max 2).

To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit (EUR 500 in the form of a bank imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rates).
Bed linen and towels are provided. Utilities (water + electricity) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the final rental price.

The following can be provided for your child : High chair (10 EUR) - Baby bath tub (10 EUR) - baby potty (5 EUR) - travel cot with mattress (10 EUR)

This accomodation is not suitable for the mobility impaired.
