VILLA PARADISE



The Villa Ti Paradi of 240 m², is ideally located in a residential area, quiet, on the hillside enjoying a splendid view of the Golf of Trois Ilets and the Caribbean Sea. This charming villa is the ideal house for your family or friends' vacation!



It is composed of 9 rooms spread over 2 levels, and can accommodate a maximum of 12 travelers.



On the main floor, you will find the large fully equipped kitchen, with its central island opening onto the immense 70 m² terrace and the first swimming pool.



The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a vitroceramic cooktop, a plancha, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, a kettle, a toaster, a television...



An ice machine is available in the "bar" area that communicates with the large terrace where the dining table is located, an outdoor living room, and the first infinity pool.



An electric griddle is available to travelers.



At a table where during your aperitifs in the living room you will enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the golf course and the sea.



The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.



You will have an independent toilet at the same level.



You will also find at the same level, a first large air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 bed, its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower and double sinks + a large walk-in closet.



After your days of sightseeing or beach time, you can relax in one of the two swimming pools as well as on the loungers provided for travelers. The lower pool has many sun loungers and an umbrella.



At the lower level, you will find 3 air-conditioned rooms that have access to the lower terrace with the second pool.



These 3 bedrooms have a bathroom with double sinks, shower + separate toilets.



The villa has an apartment (which is adjacent to the villa with a direct connection) consisting of a kitchen, an interior living room with TV, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed + wardrobe, a second air-conditioned bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with double sinks and shower + separate toilet, and an outdoor terrace with access to the pool.



The 6 rooms are air-conditioned.



The first bedroom is located on the main floor, it has a 160 bed with a large walk-in closet + its private bathroom with bathtub and shower.



The second bedroom is located on the lower level, it has a 140 bed, a dresser, and access to the outdoor terrace with a pool.



The third bedroom is also located on the lower floor, it has a 160 bed, a dresser and benefits from access to the outdoor terrace with a pool.



The fourth bedroom is located on the same level, it has a 160 double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and benefits from access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool.



The last two rooms are located in an apartment that connects to the villa.

A room has a 140 bed + a wardrobe and the last room has bunk beds 90.



NEARBY

You will be able to enjoy, near the villa, the Anse Mitan beach 5 minutes by car, as well as the restaurants and shops of the Créole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout. You will have different small shops (bakery, dairy store, wine shop, tobacco-press, takeaway pizza...) a few hundred meters from the villa and a supermarket less than 5 minutes by car.



The maritime shuttle will allow you to travel to Fort de France from the Bourg des Trois Ilets. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets and 17 km from the airport.
