The unit was nice until we discovered it had roaches . After contacting VRBO and the owner nothing was done to rectify the issue. We provided pictures. We couldn’t use the kitchen at all and kept food in freezer bags to keep the bugs out. We weren’t able to unpack our things and had to walk around checking for bugs. We’ve stayed at shipwatch many times over the years and never had this issue. Very disappointed with how they handled it.

Great Condo at great price

Loved being so near the beach. There are 2 pools and a hot tub for guest use. The pools aren’t huge or fancy but are clean and adequate. Communication was ok. There was some issue with bugs but that’s not abnormal for the beach. Would stay there again. Good value!

Our Family Vacation

Our stay at this location was wonderful! Great location, beautiful views and fantastic property owners. Everything all fell together perfectly, making our vacation a big success. The condo was beautiful inside. Really nice and clean. Five min walking distance to the beach! Tasty restaurants just 10 minutes up the road. Alligator farm was only a 25 minute drive away, while mini golf was only 5 minutes. We enjoyed ourselves at all the amenities around!! We will definitely be visiting again.

Great week

Loved the proximity to the pool. The beach is also very close. You can actually see the beach from the porch. The place was clean and comfortable. Matched the online description perfectly. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend marking parking spots by number or some type of indication. Thanks for a great week of fun and relaxation.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was in good condition and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Enjoyed the shared pools and hot tub. The location of the condo is great and in close proximity to everything MB has to offer.

Perfect rental close to the beach

The property was perfect for our family. It was close to the pools and the beach. There is plenty of parking and the shops right near make it convenient to walk for food or groceries. Property owner was very quick to respond and very friendly.

Nice Condo but needs upgrades in certain areas

Upon arrival, was pleasantly surprised in the location to the Beach, condo bathrooms and kitchen were clean, however there were a few things we experienced that were disappointing during the course of our stay. 1. Beds were not comfortable and my back was very sore in morning, definitely needs an upgrade on mattresses, maybe add a King bed bc Queen felt small. Also, couch was not comfortable at all, sunk in and hard to get up from. 2. Frying pan was old and crusty, had to purchase a new one at Walmart in order to cook eggs, sausage for breakfast. 3. Ice maker did not work, there were trays filled, but I decided to purchase ice at store every day to make drinks. 4. Some hanging blinds fell off tracks when going out to balcony. I had to put them back up 5 or 6 times and I also notified the owner and he advised would have them fixed, bc it will happen again. Overall, had a decent stay, but could have been alot better.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was clean and conveniently located. We would suggest an upgrade of a 10-12 cup coffee maker.

Great Location

Close to beach, with bar/restaurant/ice cream/mini mart/souvenir store right next door! Very convenient. Condo was well maintained but bathroom could use a little attention. Kitchen stocked. No blow dryer so bring your own. Lots of towels. Great pool/hot tub

Awesome Place to stay!

Property was excellent! Very clean and in great location! Will definitely refer friends and use again! Only complaint was a 9 am checkout. But overall def a great property

So cozy and convenient

The perfect place for a short or longterm stay! It's so close to the beach! The condo is just so cozy and perfectly functional for a small family. The main bedroom feels more like a full size bed than a queen personally. My only complaint is the cleaning crew showed up an hour early and waited outside the door which was unfortunate but were super kind to let us finnish up with no rush. I would have liked to have more instructions when leaving was unsure about trash and bedding/towels , Owner was very quick responding to those questions. Don't sit on this booking though you will love it!

Pleasantly Surprised

We were traveling into town for a wedding over memorial day weekend. This was priced well for the area and was just across the street from the beach. There was even a public access, a nice little restaurant, grill and ice cream within about 300 feet of the condo. The condo was well taken care of. The towels, paper towels, and even the toilet paper rolls were were presented in cute paper art. It was a really nice surprise to have parking out of the weather underneath the building. The only cautionary statement I have is to make sure you do not book during bike week. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The condo just about everything we could have needed already provided for us. Towels, linens, washer and dryer. Plenty of cookware and dishes. The owners were very accommodating and we even got to meet them in person on our way out. Very nice couple and would definitely rent here again.

this condo was 5 stars. very comfy and homey. we didn’t want to leave. awesome owners who were very patient when we locked ourselves out abt 15 mins after we got there. would love to stay again!

Great time

Communication with the owner was great, very responsive. Just across the street from the beach. Public beach access in the same block as the condo. We had a great time. We will try to stay longer next time.
