Killington Sun Dog Trail ski-on ski-off 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1st floor condo

Best Spring skiing in the East! Enjoy a family ski vacation in our spacious 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo. Experience a true ski-on ski-off location only steps away from the Sun Dog trail. As of 01/13/24 the Sunrise triple chair lift is open! Beginners can ski without having to purchase a lift ticket. You can ski all morning then stop for lunch at the condo and avoid the crowds in the lodge. The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy home-cooked meals. Cozy up to the fire and read a book, play board games or enjoy apres-ski drinks. Enjoy all the amenities at the Sunrise Sports Center that houses the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fully equipped gym. The outdoor hot tub is open 4:30-8:30 PM Friday and Saturday. Complimentary snowshoe, cross-country skiing, skating and sledding are available at Outback at Falls Brook.
Please be aware that the Sun Dog Trail is dependent on natural snow fall and snow making capability. Factors like global warming and the COVID-19 pandemic affecting normal operations of the ski resort are out of our control. Please double check the Killington app, booking dates and anticipated snowfall since ski-on ski-off cannot be guaranteed. Until the Sunrise Lift starts turning, Killington is offering a free shuttle service from the Falls Brooks Common to the Bear, Snowshed and Ramshead lodges. The service begins at 7am and the last shuttle leaves at 5pm. The buses will run every 15 minutes. The Bear Lodge is a 3-minute drive away and a very convenient starting point to enjoy the Beast of the East.

Everything we needed

We stayed here mid March with our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and outfitted with everything we needed to cook. Access to the pool / hot tub was great for the kids and adults! We enjoyed being able to ski right in and out.

This place was incredibly welcoming with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. We've been visiting Killington for years, but this was our first time on this side of the mountain, and we were thoroughly impressed. The property was so clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was attended to, from the high-quality linens, comfy beds and furnishings, and supplies. The host really cares about the quality of your experience. The ski in/ski out was amazing! We look forward to staying here again for our next family visit!---

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is perfectly situated just off the Sundog Trail and has everything needed for a relaxing trip. Our kids really enjoyed this trip and did not want to come home. We will definitely book again!

Amazing place

This apartment is more than its description on the website.It’s amazing, in such a lovely area. It had everything you need, well stocked with essentials for your stay. It’s all the little touches, like plenty of coffee, salt & pepper, paper napkins. The only one thing that would make it perfect would be a toaster, we weren’t at one with the grill.

Cozy spot in the mountains

We had a lovely time. It was very chilly outside but our stay was warm and welcoming. The condo was very clean and quiet and the host answered questions promptly.

This condo allows us to do that whether it is skiing, enjoying all the activities that the Green Mountains has to offer in the summer months or enjoying the fall foliage.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We loved the location of this property which is only a few steps away from the Sun Dog trail and access to the Sunrise Triple Chair. Ski-on ski-off was definitely on our wish list especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Being on the first floor with convenient parking just in front of the unit makes loading and unloading a breeze.

The resort amenities at the Sunrise Sports Center with access to snowshoeing, cross country skiing and skating is an added bonus. There is a full gym, sauna, indoor heated pool and hot tub. There is also an large covered outdoor hot tub. Please check sunrisevt.com for information and hours.
