Upon entering this townhome, you'll find a primary room on the first floor, along with a convenient mudroom and a washer-dryer for added practicality. Head upstairs to the living area, where you'll encounter two comfortable leather sofas and a TV. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features bar seating, as well as a small table for four. From the living area, step out onto the balcony, which offers splendid views of June Lake. Another bedroom on this level features a queen bed. The loft on the third story provides additional sleeping space with two queen/twin bunk beds. This townhome is well-appointed and offers a comfortable space for your stay in the beautiful June Lake area.

Great Location

My family really enjoyed staying at this townhome, very welcoming decor, my kids loved the bunk beds, able to walk to everything in town, great view of the lake, and very clean. We will for sure try to stay here next time we visit June Lake.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in June Lake. It was our first time visiting this beautiful place. The townhome we stayed in was in a perfect location. It was clean and well stocked and had a nice view of the lake. We will definitely be back!

June Lake Wedding Event

My daughter had car trouble so she and her boyfriend didnt make it. And 2 other family members cancelled last minute. So that was a bummer. It was just myself and my other daughter. We didnt need so much room. Oh well.

Great Townhome in Very Convenient Location

My family of 4 recently stayed in this townhome. The location is excellent--just a short walk to most of the small June Lake town's restaurants, brewery, and stores. There was easy parking in the lot. The view from the main floor onto the lake was outstanding. The space is well laid out and functional. The loft area with two bunk beds is a great concept, but with it being open and directly above the only common living area, it's actually not really practical for kids unless everyone in the house is going to bed early. The kitchen was very functional with a nice variety of appliances, dishes, cooking tools, and even pods for the dishwasher. While we had a great stay, there are a few things I'd suggest the owner improve. First, the bedroom on the second floor has a bed that is so incredibly creaky, it was honestly hard to sleep in. The mattress wasn't great either. A new bed would be much appreciated. The plumbing in both of the bathrooms was wonky. In the downstairs bathroom, you turned the valve left to access nuclear hot water, or right to access freezing cold through warm (barely). That valve is not operating correctly, and it was impossible to take a comfortable shower. The upstairs bathroom had a similarly odd valve where you could at least get to an adequate temperature, but the water pressure was very low. Both bathrooms really need an update. And it would be nice if there was some laundry pods, as there were dishwasher pods. Still, a great stay.

Great ski trip

We loved the condo. Lots of space, even for a snow day spent mostly inside when the kids decided they were too cold to ski. The only thing that we missed while there was a good knife to cut vegetables, otherwise the kitchen was well appointed. Will definitely be back!! Thanks for letting us use your condo.

Hiking Getaway

Great location, rooms, plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. The interior of kitchen drawers were dirty, cigarette smell in kitchen garbage can and there was a unidentified odor of possibly gas when we arrived. We called and did not receive a call back for 24 hours.

Friendly Family Fun!

We’ve rented these properties at least 4 times. Very quiet, close proximity to town and both lakes. Very functional for families. Make sure to know what staples are available per unit.

Fun and more Fun at June Lake

Property is clean and spacious. They have all sort of appliances and utensils. We had a lot of fun and the best part was the bunk beds upstairs. Kids literally spent all of their time on the bunk beds. It is close to downtown stores and a quick 7 min drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.
