The thoughtfully landscaped exterior complements the artistic spaces within making the home perfect for a romantic gateway or an intimate retreat. This architectural treasure is walking distance to the beach, the Wharf and the Boardwalk. Steps away are the shops, restaurants, and bars.

Great spot and excellent location.

Location is outstanding for walkability. Lots of small touches for comfort and all the necessities. Host was responsive and check in was straightforward and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

This property is located in a very nice neighborhood, and within walking distance of downtown (shops, many restaurants and a TJ's), the wharf, and the boardwalk. The house was very comfortable, and the off street parking was a real plus. The driveway is a little steep, so leaver the sport cars at home!. The communication with the owners was fantastic, and they were extremely accommodating.

We stayed in this charming Victorian for two nights and it was perfect! Great location and easily accessible to all the beautiful places in and around Santa Cruz. Host’s get back to you right away with any questions you may have. We will definitely stay here again.

Terrific location! We are walkers and downtown was only blocks away w/lots of shops and restaurants. The Boardwalk was a little less than a mile which allowed us to avoid traffic & parking. The hot tub was a plus too. The host/owner was an exceptional communicator and always responded very quickly....thx Ali.

Rennsport Reunion Weekend

My son & I needed a place to stay during Porsche's Rennsport Reunion at Laguna Seca. We wanted to be close to downtown since we were already driving to/from Monterey each day. This location did not disappoint. The owners restaurant recommendations were great. After walking all day at the track the hot tub did not disappoint and the beds were super comfy. We'll definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

Wonderful birthday getaway

What a fabulous rental property. The house was more than what we expected...it was so clean and it was well stocked with the necessities, and very well maintained. High end fixtures, comfortable beds and an amazing hot tub. The host were so accommodating too & made my birthday special by leaving out a beautiful birthday banner and bottle of wine. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for making our girls trip so spectacular.

This is a great location.

The host was very easy going, and extremely hospitable. The house was very clean, and well stocked with supplies. It is close to a mission, so you will see homeless people. If that bothers you, so be it. But I felt very safe. It’s walking distance to several restaurants, and shopping. Happy New Year!

Great location, excellent hosts, beautiful property

My family & I enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very cute & clean on the inside. It would have been nice had the outdoor patio been swept up in order to enjoy it more. Very walkable to downtown and boardwalk. There is a daycare nearby and we were awoken each morning by children yelling and playing. Not terrible, but not as peaceful as we would have liked. Overall we had a nice stay, hosts were responsive and we had welcome snacks, which our kids were thrilled with. We thought it had three beds, but the third room had more of a couch. In the description would have been helpful had the bedrooms not been labeled “bedroom 2 & bedroom 4” as this was a bit confusing.

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding celebration. The space is so cute and easily accommodated us and the bridal party getting ready. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Location is convenient to downtown and the beach but the property is very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great little house near downtown Santa Cruz

We were a group of women in town for the Santa Cruz Triathlon. The house was clean with fluffy white towels, great bath & shower, and the hot tub was wonderful after the race. Kitchen was clean and had the things we needed to cook, eat and heat our leftovers. One thing to note is that there is only parking for 2 cars, and the neighborhood has streets with no parking from midnight to 6 am. We figured it out and parked the extra cars elsewhere and walked or biked locally. The house is in a great location, close to both downtown and transition area for our race. It was nice to be able to walk to the downtown area for any shopping errands and eating out. The house felt very safe behind the gate and the security codes were easy for us to manage. The owner is very responsive and answered any of my questions promptly.

Perfect Location-Great Accommodations—Stay Here!

This house was perfect for our family group of 2 couples plus 2 boys ages 9 and 11. The sleeping arrangements were perfect; beds including the sofa bed with air mattress topper were comfortable; linens were clean and comfortable. Two full baths accommodated all our needs. Upstairs bathroom was a favorite with a bidet and luxurious shower heads. The Street Fighter game and board games were great distractions and kept the boys (of all ages) occupied as others were getting ready. The hot tub and fire pit were used everyday (we liked the fire pit so much we bought one for our home and it has been delivered and installed there). We utilized the kitchen for breakfast every morning and prepared a family dinner outside on the grill and had dinner for 8 on the deck. We didn’t have much opportunity to use the TV but it did come in handy for winding down. The house was located within an easy walk to downtown including the Wednesday Farmers Market that had great food trucks. We felt very safe and loved the little alcove that the house was tucked into. Easy to get in and out. Parking was great. Everyone loved our stay in this house. I really don’t think you could do any better for a visit to Santa Cruz. Our hosts were very easy to contact and we appreciated this welcome basket with goodies and fresh flowers. Just stay here. You won’t regret it!

Downtown Hideaway

We are a family of 4 and had a great time at the Beach Oasis. It's very convenient to downtown and easy to get to/from other areas. It was very comfortable... we felt that we were staying with family. There are lots of different areas on the property to chat, read, visit etc. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a two story Victorian style home. Enter into the mid century living room and dining nook with its modern chic bar. Enjoy true California style indoor-outdoor living via the wide French double doors leading to our private deck. A cozy, but fully equipped, kitchen with microwave, stove, and full size refrigerator will fulfill all your vacation meal needs. There is a bright and renovated full bathroom on this level, as well as a game/bonus room (with an arcade console) that steps out to the fenced yard and five person hot tub. A comfortable La -Z-Boy sofa queen sleeper bed with upgraded air mattress system will help accommodate additional guests in your party.

Upstairs are spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, and both with queen beds. The primary bedroom has a quiet, romantic balcony, complete with bistro style seating for any morning coffee or nightcap. The second full bathroom has been upgraded with a Japanese style bidet toilet, a tall shower door and elevated rain shower.
