Perfectly located Pinehurst home on the 13th fairway of Pinehurst No. 1 , this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom one story home comfortably sleeps 8 adults and is chock full of activities for adults and kids a like. The home is both congenial and sophisticated. Relax on the porch rockers reminiscent of the Pinehurst's The Carolina Hotel's famous veranda while enjoying the Fairway view. Scoot around town in the home’s golf cart or lean into your kid side with an assortment of games tables!


The home is lovingly named Double Bronze by the homeowner as a tribute to his late father, James, an all around amazing man, husband, and father of 8, who earned 2 Bronze Stars in the Korean War and loved Pinehurst.

Embrace your inner chef in the fully appointed kitchen! Host brunches, holiday dinners, or apres golf drinks in the large dining room and mid-century modern living room with gorgeous fairway views!

When your resting your golf clubs, have a turn at the Pop-A-Shot, or bumper table, or try your luck at the poker table!

Included in your guest experience is unlimited use of the golf cart on property. With confirmation of your reservation, you are agreeing to accept all liabilities related to person or property when using the golf cart. Moreover, this reservation confirmation releases both the homeowner and Pinehurst Vacation Rental from all liability relating to potential injury to person or property while using the golf cart.

In town for a wedding at The Fair Barn or the Resort? Double Bronze is a short golf cart ride to both! Equidistant from the Pinehurst Club house and the Country Club of North Carolina. One mile from the harness track and Fair Barn, 1.7 miles from the Village of Pinehurst and 4 short miles to downtown Southern Pines. Perfectly located to golf, shop, dine, and horseback ride. Visiting in the summer, check out Live After 5, an outdoor concert series in Tufts Park!

This was an incredible home - spacious, comfortable rooms, a great kitchen, and close to Pinehurst courses. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer go through the yard made mornings and evenings on the deck all the more enjoyable. The host is amazing and so very helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were clear and easy. Would recommend this home for family events, golf getaway's, or a quiet retreat.

Wonderful location and perfect house for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We were even able to have the girls have a bridal lunch together. Loved the morning golf views while we were getting ready for the day!

this place was awesome. I have rented vacation rentals two and three times more expensive in the Pinehurst area and feel this is the best I’ve rented so far. it is perfectly located in the Pinehurst community. The place is clean. The beds are very comfortable.. And all of the features that were included with the house, including all of the games and the golf cart were a very pleasant surprise. management was very attentive if we had any issues. This will definitely be my go to place every time I come back to Pinehurst. my only issue was the five days I spent here seemed to fly by way too fast. Awesome experience. Job well done.

Long Leaf States Golf

We booked this beautiful home for our son, who’s a senior this year, for the state’s golf match. The home was absolutely perfect for us! Super clean, had all the amenities needed, and super close to the course and shopping!! Can’t wait for our next “just because” trip!

Wonderful stay

We didn’t want to check out! Very homey and great neighborhood! The golf cart was a nice touch although this isn’t really what I would call a golf cart community so we really couldn’t drive it too far but took it for a spin and found a path to take it up to the resort without getting on main roads.

Great golf house

The house is a little dated. There were a few small items that need to be fixed up. But the beds were comfy, the showers were hot. The view of Pinehurst Golf Course out the back deck is great. There is plenty of room. We enjoyed the ping pong table. The house is very close to all our favorite golf courses and restaurants.

Perfect location

Loved how close this cute place is to downtown. Nice views on the golf course with your morning coffee. The teens loved using the golf cart and the pop shot.

Awesome golf trip

The house was perfect for 4 buddies on a great golf trip. The home was extremely spacious and accommodating. Will most definitely be staying again in the next year or two. Golf in the area is hands down the best ive ever played. House was clean and had everything needed!!!
