Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor withour elevator.
The apartment, now air-conditioned, has undergone a complete renovation which includes the air conditioning system, roof, facade, windows, and insulation with three layers, as well as updates to the electrical networks, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The furniture is brand new, and the apartment features a bedroom, a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with top-brand appliances, a bathroom with a natural stone shower, a separate toilet, a flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, and a Nespresso machine.
Conveniently situated, the residence is within easy reach of all the city's main attractions: the city center, lake, market, and shops, and is located on the fourth floor.
The apartment offers a queen size bed measuring 160x200 cm.
All household linens are provided, including towels, sheets, and kitchen towels.
