The house has a heat pump system, providing heating and air conditioning. For your comfort during warmer periods, this property is equipped with air conditioning. You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Pets are welcome.

With four bedrooms, a television and its own private bathroom, the house is ideal for groups and families who want to enjoy both conviviality and privacy.



The Space:

The house consists of:



3 bedrooms with a 140-cm double bed and 1 bedroom with a 140-cm double bed and a 90-cm single bed: Spread over two floors, the house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more on the second, ensuring everyone has their own space.



Private bathroom: Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with a shower and toilet for maximum comfort and privacy.



Modern open-concept kitchen: fridge-freezer, kettle, drip coffee maker, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, washer, and dryer.



Separate living room: Relax in a cozy living area, separate from the kitchen, ideal for socializing or unwinding.



Backyard: A small private garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or sharing a quiet moment.

A barbecue is available.

- Bed linens and towels are not included, so that our guests can enjoy a more affordable rate. However, if you wish, we offer a linen rental option (sheets and towels). This option is available for €30 per single bed and €35 per double bed.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
