There is a kitchen/dining room with a wood-burning stove and a living room on the garden level with direct access to the paved terrace and pergola. Just steps from the cottage you will find an excellent bakery, a wine shop, a delicatessen, a pharmacy, and a large supermarket a 5-minute drive away. Buses also pass nearby to drop you off in Angers and reach the train station or the historic downtown quickly.
